Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The initial setup of AgilePoint was very easy.""AgilePoint has improved our organization by making form implementation easier and to plan for future growth.""AgilePoint's most valuable feature is process management.""I like the design and the integration capacity. It's also easy to use.""The solution's workflows are its most useful feature."

"The amount of control that this solution provides is great.""This solution is easy to use and it is a good tool for process modeling.""I like that Bizagi is fully compatible with BPMN 2.0. It also eases the way in which we work with BPMN 2.0 itself, which is a comprehensive and rather complex notation standard.""Bizagi is simple. It's simple to learn.""The approval process is simple.""It can be useful as a tool to improve your communications and the control of your processes. For example, when you have to explain a process to seven or eight stakeholders who think differently as well as have different experiences in different functional departments, it is not easy. Sometimes you are using a lot of technical terms, and other times, you are dealing with management terminology. The visual representation helps you create a better alignment and understanding for different roles and stakeholders of your workforce.""I like all of the features. I like that you can simulate the processes and add the time standard.""The initial setup is super simple."

Cons
"Some issues with AgilePoint's design, AI and UX are some of the major problems we deal with when handling our company's business models or processes.""The solution should be able to support Docker. This would help make scalability easier.""While the platform is good and it has a lot of options, I would like to see more alternative features in future versions such as connectors to IDM. Currently, they have only ADFS and Okta.""It could be more flexible, but it's already a good solution for the designer.""They should add more information about functionality."

More AgilePoint Cons →

"Bizagi needs a way to define categories such as process groups like the APQC framework, PCF, and handle the processes within it.""I would like to see simulation as a free feature again. In version 3.3 it was free, but in 4.0 it isn't.""The free version could be better. Some of the templates and all the functionalities aren't available in the free version. I've been trying to check some maps, for example, organizational maps or a model on organization hierarchy. Apparently, there seems to be no template. You have to create your own. I am not sure if there are templates, but I've not really seen any. I think that there's room for improvement.""Bizagi has been aggressively adding features to maintain its market-leading position, however, in some cases, this has impacted the stability of certain product builds.""Bizagi could be improved by more automation and machine learning. Now that I'm learning more about data analyzers, I'm realizing that many people have problems with data and how to understand them.""One thing that I don't like very much is related to integration: we have to develop some connectors... I would need a connector that connects to a REST service and that uses client ID in secret... They provide the means to develop a connector and use it, but they should implement this because REST services are among the most used protocols for web services.""It needs some better notation functionality.""The solution was very limited."

Pricing and Cost Advice
  • "I believe the pricing has changed recently. We had purchased one license per server, and it was about $2,000. It was a one-time payment. It's possible that they have recently implemented a new cost structure and now have yearly subscriptions."
  • "I think the price is reasonable."
  • "Price-wise, AgilePoint is a cheap tool and a standard application for running analytics in an IT environment."
  • "It is more cost-effective than local tools."

  • "Pricing is good value for money."
  • "For the prices, we didn't try a negotiations about licensing or pricing, but if i can say a word about this, I find Bizagi prices to be well thought out."
  • "The modeler itself is free. For the whole BPM suite, there are other options that may be better."
  • "It is on par with other BPM tools, but not as expensive as Pega nor Appian."
  • "If they can freeze the pricing in a contract, I advise them to do so."
  • "I think that its price is reasonable."
  • "This solution would be expensive for a company that has a lot of users."
  • "The Bizagi modeler can be downloaded free of charge."
