Pros
The most valuable features are the replication to the cloud and the deduplication. The backup is the most valuable feature. It also makes storage very easy. The data protection functionality is the most valuable feature of this solution. The most valuable features of this solution are that I can by just one click, copy and paste anything that I would want. I do not have to restore the whole virtual machine. It is very stable. It allows us to back up all the servers and centrally manage them.

The general backup for replication and virtual standby are the most valuable aspects. It does what it says it does. It's a decent tool for not a big budget. The fact that it can take a snapshot of everything on a server and replicate it on another server in real-time is the most valuable feature. The solution offers a 100% guarantee that if it's backed up you will be able to restore it onto any platform you want. The best feature of the solution is the user interface.

Cons
In the most recent version of premium plus the replication has been removed, and it should re-added to the solution. The only problem with the solution is that when I change the drive capacity, it has to do a full backup. It's a problem when I have five servers to backup. When I only want to change the size of the drive, I have to do a full backup that can take one week.It should be easier to switch between backup locations. We have multiple data storage locations and sometimes one of those storages need to be replaced. It would be nice if they made it easier to reconfigure the backup configuration.Every time I change the disc, I have to do a full backup. We cannot restore each user's mailbox. Each user's mailbox should be independently restorable. Also, this solution is very slow. If you select all of the servers, it runs for a long time... It needs to be faster. Finally, If anything happens to one server we should be able to switch to another server.

It's buggy. That's a big problem. We're arranging to get rid of it. We're going to switch to Veeam. You can only take a snapshot from a virtual environment. It should have the ability to take snapshots from both a virtual and physical environment.Sometimes, when we have certain batches for Windows, it needs to be restarted. When it's restarted, the service is configured as a delayed start. Sometimes, you need to wait too long until it rights itself, or you have to do it manually.Rapid Recovery can only backup the machine or disc, but it can't back up from folders, and files, and things like that.

Pricing and Cost Advice
Normally our customers purchase the premium plus license, rather than the standard one, which provides more options. We only have the maintenance of three standard UDP licenses. Each license is 50 Euro. There are some additional costs for the storage and software but it has nothing to do with the UDP.I do not work with the pricing or licensing issues of the solution for our organization.

It's very expensive which is why I want to drop it. They charge us per core and we have a six-core server. It's expensive to pay for maintenance charges. I want to switch to something cheaper.
