We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"What I like best about Artisan Infrastructure is that it has zero RTO, and that's the beauty of this solution because that feature isn't provided by other solutions right now. Artisan Infrastructure is a pure business continuity and DR solution, which means no other solution can compete with it. It also has the capability of being a service cloud."

More Artisan Infrastructure Pros →

"The most valuable feature for us is the support, which is really efficient.""There is easy integration with multiple providers and third-party services.""Image backup is a valuable feature. Even though this is a common feature, it is very helpful for us."

Cons
"What needs improvement in Artisan Infrastructure is compatibility with Linux because it only works on Windows. I also wish to see some new features in Artisan Infrastructure. In the next release of Artisan Infrastructure, I'd like it to have integration with both Linux and Mac."

More Artisan Infrastructure Cons →

"It would be nice to have more built-in suites compared to others. It would enable easier integration.""It doesn't offer Elastic IP like AWS. And also we can't configure our server based on region."

Pricing and Cost Advice
  • "Pricing for Artisan Infrastructure is competitive, though it's a little bit high because it's an excellent solution. You can expect a higher price if you buy a solution that works well. The cost of Artisan Infrastructure would depend on the server size. If I were to rate the price for Artisan Infrastructure, I'd give it a three out of five."
