"So far, we have seen that a valuable feature of Automation Anywhere is the ease of integrating it with multiple systems. It can very easily integrate with an environment of an organization. It helps in a quick go to access and implementation. You don't have to spend days implementing Automation Anywhere software. You can quickly go drag and drop and do an ease of configuration. You can actually get your bot up and running very fast, which is one important advantage."
"We're finding time savings as a benefit. One example would be a customer service rep who might get a question about an order, and it's usually through email. It can take a good three to seven business days to answer a customer's question about their order. When we automate it, it takes hours, if not minutes."
"Visual Studio Test Professional is a very scalable solution."
"The stability has always been very good."
"The product is good to create big or small projects fastly. It is one of the leaders in the area."

"Code testing is the most valuable feature of this solution for developing software."
"Automation Anywhere could add more tools to track the processes and ROI, so we can get a better understanding of the cost savings and compliance. We heavily track those metrics and make them available to the leadership for review."
"Automation Anywhere has some limitation with its integrations. You can build your logic with MetaBots and .NET components, e.g., if something is not gathered by Automation Anywhere or built into functionality, you can write a MetaBot. A MetaBot is like an external component. You can write it through C# or .NET code, and make a DLL, and import it. This is not open to all data types or EXE functionalities which can be written through C#. You have to define your variable types, matching them with Automation Anywhere existing variable types. Because of the knowledge required, I cannot let another person, who doesn't know Automation Anywhere, build my external DLL code."
"Automation Anywhere can include database commands like insert row, bold row, etc commands in 11.x"
"Scaling from small to medium automation works well, but if building out very big applications, sometimes the code can be too lengthy and uncontrollable."
"Automation Anywhere should make it easier for developers to manage queues and exception handling. The OCR component could also be better. We have had to use other OCR tools to get information from the account documents."
"I would like the support to be faster. Their response time is one to two days. Their customer care could be faster."
"Technical support is not very good and they sometimes promise what they cannot deliver. They promised us that they would implement multitrigger and according to sources delivery of that functionality is not in their plans."
"They need to improve the stability of the core functionality. If they keep the core constant and constant, they will continue to thrive."
"The solution's documentation could be improved for beginners."
"Visual Studio Test Professional needs to improve its stability."
"Visual Studio Test Professional is a little pricey."
"The product must provide more integration."
"The integration with Git needs improving because it is a bit disjointed and unpredictable."
"It is not good in terms of performance. When you open Visual Studio, you have to wait for a while to process your code. It uses a lot of resources and has a lot of features. If we could disable some of the features, it would be lighter and faster to use. Nowadays, for some of the projects, we use VS Code for JavaScript or Python. VS Code is very light and easy to use, whereas, in Visual Studio, we have to wait because it takes time to compile or run a project. It has a lot of competitors in terms of performance, such as Intelligent ID. Intelligent ID is very easy to use. It has many features, and it is lighter to use than Visual Studio. In terms of error handling, sometimes, it shows an error before you finish your code, which can be improved. It would be good if it has a version for Linux. I use VS Code on Linux, but I am not sure if Visual Studio has a version for Linux."
"I would appreciate some enhancements in the interface, maybe adding more color options."
"Sometimes Visual Studio is slow. It uses a lot of resources like memory and processing power. You should optimize the performance by only installing what you need on your machine. Don't install unnecessary things that will slow your machine."
