Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"It has increased productivity. IT threats are kept at a minimum because of this product.""Avast Business Endpoint Protection's best feature is its user-friendliness.""The solution can scale well.""The solution is easy to use.""It's straightforward to set up.""It warns you if there is a threat and it's perfect because it runs in the background and doesn't interfere with anything.""The performance is good compared to other products that slow down the laptop, post-installation.""Avast as a product is as easy as it gets - everything is outlined and transparent in terms of licensing."

"NinjaOne's best feature is its monitoring.""The most valuable feature we have found currently is probably patch management.""The policies are probably the most valuable features. They're similar in function to Microsoft group policies where we can have it monitor certain things or push out software on a schedule. I would rate the policies eight out of 10. They're robust, I could monitor most of the things that Windows Performance Monitoring keeps tabs on.""NinjaOne helps us view the status of software patching, whether the PC is locked or unlocked.""The tool's most valuable feature is third-party application updates.""Good at managing updates and for remote support.""NinjaOne has a feature where we can create custom scripts that we can run on devices remotely.""It helps us to be able to have visibility into the overall performance of the servers, laptops, and desktops that we are managing currently."

Cons
"It could download faster during deployment.""Making the price a bit cheaper would be an improvement.""The accuracy of the scanner could be improved.""Where I have faced a challenge is on the reporting. I would like to see something that provides information regarding the next month or quarter, in terms of reporting.""Avast Business Endpoint Protection would be improved with more frequent updates.""It could have a 10,000-feet overview of the whole infrastructure because the software is easily installable on the whole infrastructure and not just the infrastructure, but also the workstation themselves. I would love to have a 360 view of the whole network and basically see from where a test is coming, and if there is an instance in the cloud that is actually misbehaving or if there is a workstation that is infected and stuff like that. It can also have some kind of AI to detect all those things and then cut off the connection from that machine. In Cortex, you can link the logs, reports, and all that stuff. You can also see the full picture of when it happened, and you can trace it back all the way to a file or something else. I would like to see similar functionality in Avast Business Endpoint Protection.""The solution needs to be more secure and work to protect us better from people trying to mess with our systems.""I would like to see better protection and more spyware included with the free version."

"The reporting is lackluster. NinjaOne is great for maintaining systems, but it's hard to use it to understand the state that systems are in without going in and mining the information myself. I rate the reporting two out of 10.""I wish that they integrated it with more antivirus solutions. Currently, they only push Defender, but it doesn't really have integration with SentinelOne. It also didn't integrate with Trend Micro, which we were using previously. I would also like to have more control from the mobile app. As of now, I am able to see some performance values, but I can't see, for example, disk activity or disk performance values. If they can improve their app a little bit, it would help greatly. They can also improve the tech interface. If I assign certain techs to a bunch of specific machines, they only get those alerts that they're assigned to.""Lacks sufficient integrations with other PSAs.""The ticketing system in NinjaOne is not the best.""I want NinjaOne to improve the reports.""The graphical user interface could be improved.""I would like to see more scripts for PowerShell commands.""NinjaOne's reporting module is cumbersome."
