Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"It is very easy to jump from one communication channel to another one. It is pretty clear and very easy to do. That is the thing that I like the most from Avaya and their suite.""Interesting collaboration features.""I like the share information function."

"The solution is perfectly stable, it normally performs very well.""The transcripts from Webex calls get delivered to the inbox five minutes after the call. However, out of 20 people on a call, maybe only one person bothers to read through the entire transcript, which can be lengthy for an hour-long call.""The solution is user-friendly.""The installation was straightforward.""The solution is very valuable for conference calls, as a lot of businesses are switching from work-from-home.""The most valuable features are video conferencing, the integration with Outlook, and scheduling meetings.""The ability to join by phone is the most valuable feature. I also think that it's much simpler to use and it's a Cisco product so I think it's the industry standard.""Webex offers a wide range of useful features."

Cons
"There isn't too much information about Avaya solutions and that could be very much improved. If you want some product support, you have to go through a business partner in Latin America and there aren't many partners.""Increase in participant numbers reduces quality of video and sound.""The installation could be more straightforward. I would like it to work with other meeting software in the next release."

More Avaya IX Meetings Cons →

"The solution should come as a big client for the system. It should be able to be used just like chat software when necessary, similar to instant messaging.""I do not like emojis.""In terms of features, it would be beneficial for Webex to focus on improving its chat functionality to make it more user-friendly. Additionally, enhancing communication operations to create a friendlier user experience would be advantageous. Other individuals who have tried using it faced challenges when attempting to share content with third parties during conversations or meetings.""The collaborative features could improve in Webex. There should not be the typical one on one connection that we have had in the past.""Webex's Bluetooth functionality could be better. For example, I use Webex on my Android mobile phone and connect with Bluetooth. It connects, but I cannot speak through the Bluetooth microphone and earphones with Webex. It's always disabled. I don't know why.""The high price of the product is an area of concern where improvements are required.""When I use it personally, not in my enterprise, there is a time limit of about 60 minutes. After one hour, the call gets cut off. This limit should be increased.""To make Webex more competitive, I would suggest lowering the price and providing some of the same features that are in Teams or Zoom."
