We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The solution integrates well with the Microsoft platform.""Data exporting is easy, and this tool works seamlessly with other solutions. It's a stable and low-priced solution.""The solution's most valuable features are its ability to focus on delivery and maximizing the performance of applications and services.""I am monitoring all of my Azure Monitor and getting good reports. I can customize the reports to get the information I need. I am also getting emails about which AAS instances are down and everything in the system related to my services. It is easy to use, scalable, and user-friendly. Microsoft has Many guides and videos to help you understand how to create and use Azure Monitor.""The feature that I found most valuable in Azure Monitor is its monitoring abilities. With Azure Monitor, you are able to monitor all of your cloud resources across multiple subscriptions in one dashboard and create solution-specific alerts that can trigger an email to the team responsible for that specific solution.""A product that is well-integrated for monitoring Microsoft Azure.""The solution has tons of valuable features.""In the last company where I worked about a year ago, it looked very simple."

"It's a solid piece of software. It's stable.""I believe the most crucial feature of OmniPeek search is the ability to sniff packets based on channel switching.""The most valuable features are the voice bot, which checks the quality of service for voice, and the expert view that gives me insight on what and where to troubleshoot.""The most valuable feature of OmniPeek is the ability to assign custom color codes to the different packets easily.""The most valuable feature of OmniPeek was the ability it gave us to see the connection procedure.""The most valuable feature is OmniPeek is user-friendly."

Cons
"Azure Monitor's integration with applications could be improved.""Currently, it seems it's complicated to get the correct information in terms of what to do and how things work.""Although it's not always the case, the price can sometimes get expensive. This depends on a number of factors, such as how many services you are trying to integrate with Azure Monitor and how much storage they're consuming each month (for example, how large are the log files?).""There is room for improvement in stability.""Azure Monitor could improve network performance monitoring and make it more advanced.""The biggest one is probably just the user interface. There could be more advanced logging at the database level. They can also improve their query builder to allow you to search for things better, but I last used it about a year ago. They might have already changed a ton of things in the newer versions.""Setting up this solution is complex. It's also missing the functionality of assigning alerts.""In terms of pricing, Azure Monitor's billing based on data size can sometimes lead to increased costs, especially when developers need to purge data frequently. While there are mechanisms in place to track and manage this, there is room for improvement in terms of optimizing data pausing and related processes. Enhancements in this area could help mitigate potential billing concerns and provide a more seamless experience for users."

More Azure Monitor Cons →

"I would like to see the tool work in an open environment the same as how it does in a closed environment.""I don't see a clear roadmap in the future for improving this software.""Making it more clear on how to configure the filters, or really automating them, would be an improvement.""I would like to see the saving feature improved. We have had issues if you do not save your progress then you have to start from the beginning.""The solution's automation has room for improvement.""I am not using OmniPeek for automation, we only do manual testing. Automation testing is tedious to do. The automation should be more user-friendly. I have exposed some APIs but the usage is not user-friendly."
