Find out what your peers are saying about monday.com, Microsoft, Asana and others in Project Management Software."The ease of use is valuable."
"The ability to network informally is great for communicating with colleagues."
"I’ve found the ability to build dashboards through integrating information from various boards most helpful to ensure the right information is being communicated to leaders and other groups."
"The team follow-up is really easy to do with just one click."
"The automations are fantastic for rewarding progress."
"We can have different boards for different needs."
"The global search is the solution's most valuable aspect."
"The automation is great."
"Being able to add comments to line items makes it easier to provide updates on tasks and flag if there are delays or issues in completing something."
"The "My Week" view and task list are probably the most helpful for us - it's really great to set a project schedule and assign people to tasks."
"The solution could be more user-friendly."
"The product isn't easy to use. It's not very intuitive."
"It does have some native report widgets, but there are limitations on those. They're still building that capability out in my opinion. The reporting in monday.com is probably the weakest link, but there are third-party apps that you can add in that do some great reporting for you. You can also tie monday.com into a data warehouse and use something like Tableau, Power BI, or any reporting tool that can report out of a data warehouse to get the more in-depth reports that you need. Monday.com will get there, but it doesn't seem to be one of their top priorities."
"In recent months, Monday.com has been down about once a week."
"Sometimes, I had difficulty moving items from board to board and would have to move them twice to get them to successfully move."
"Coordination with different social media platforms would be a convenient feature."
"While great, the shareable boards lack some features that normal boards possess and that’s a big burden for us."
"The docs could be improved."
"monday.com is missing a few features but not many. For example, let's say you're working on a global project for a marketing campaign, and you have the video team working on it. Maybe the video team only wants a board that shows the packages that are related to them, but you cannot do that on monday.com. You can't have the same task in multiple projects."
"They need to improve the user interface of the automation/integrations."
