You can't compete with TeamViewer or any other similar products. It's completely in a class of its own.

The most valuable feature is the remote application access. In terms of the valuable features, I like the profile, the new version is really good. The most valuable features are the desktop session and desktop virtualization. The most valuable feature is that it gives me full accessibility to my servers. The most valuable features are availability and security.I like that it works. In most cases, it's predictable. You know what you get. It's almost an out of the box function once you have installed the other components. It is a stable product.

Cons
The billing team was poor when fixing their billing mistake and customer service was missing in action.

It lacks voice integration like the other products because they need the compression to support that large amount of concurrent sessions. We've had to sacrifice voice.

There are problems with using Microsoft Teams within a virtual desktop on a mobile device. The DB card needs improvement. I have a lot of experience with other competitors and Citrix is better than VMware and Microsoft. Citrix has more extensive features. My customers are worried that the RDP protocol can be easily compromised and would like the option to use an alternative like Blast.Security in the connection between us and our clients' servers is something that can be improved. We are searching for a product with better remote access and remote sessions.Microsoft still has some really bad remote desktop appliance for Mac.In the next release, I would like to see better performance over slower networks, and integration with Linux, but this is something that we're going to get out of Microsoft in terms of a unified solution. We find the services are not as transparent as we would like for our integration with Citrix.

Pricing and Cost Advice
While LogMeIn Rescue is a great product and a leader in the industry, it's way pricey. Price is the most negative thing about LogMeIn Rescue.Right now, I'm using ScreenConnect, which is about $45 per technician. Unless I buy LogMeIn with a large license and commit for the long-term and prepay, I will have to pay almost $120 per user a month. It's almost three times the price over the normal price for ScreenConnect, which is very similar in regards to all of the features that LogMeIn Rescue can do.

Information Not Available
It will probably cost about $500 USD to get the resources set up in the cloud. The solution has a perpetual license and it is purchased upfront. The pricing is moderate.
