Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The main feature of Bizagi is the speed to which we can automate processes and how we can modify them without a strong impact on the end users.""The API is pretty straightforward.""Your team can work on it having basic training about databases and BPM modeling.""Bizagi is really great for beginners because it's user-friendly and you can learn in it quickly, whereas other similar software are harder.""The product enables the users to automate the processes and provides a good user experience.""The approval process is simple.""Its cost is the most valuable. It is not as expensive. It is also easy to make different types of processes for the users.""This solution is easy to use and it is a good tool for process modeling."

"The most valuable feature is the management.""Two things are excellent in Documentum. One is business process management. The other is its support for metadata.""The most valuable features of this solution are the security, storage, and document search capability.""It is quite good.""The most valuable feature of OpenText Documentum is the versioning.""OpenText Documentum's composition is good. It is convenient and straight out of the box.""The most valuable feature of Documentum for our content management needs is its ability to segregate access based on department and role.""The product is tamper-proof and enables us to return to the document source, which is helpful in legal issues."

Cons
"For the small business, this is very bad because it is still fragmented. The licensing policy should be more flexible and small company oriented. In micro-small companies, there should only be one or two. That's not the problem. Maybe it is too flexible, there are so many pieces that you need to put together. When you have a small business, it can be a little complicated, not so easy.""I would like to see the automation process included in the next release.""One of the features which could be improved is machine learning. Even though this product has been working on this topic, we can see that it still requires improvement.""Its price can be improved. The price is high for the application as well as for maintaining and developing applications. When you develop, for example, a BPM, you need to pay a lot for Bizagi.""The tool is expensive and it should improve its pricing.""It would be useful if we can connect Bizagi to other solutions, such as a local financial solution or Power BI. It would also be good and helpful to be able to connect Bizagi to some services solutions. It should also support right-to-left languages, such as Arabic.""Difficult to export in formats other than PDF.""I'm not really satisfied with the reporting aspect."

More Bizagi Cons →

"The user interface can be improved.""An area that needs to improve is how to reduce storage space on the AWS site.""It's difficult to manage and customize Documentum.""The main issue is the software's performance when storing around 10 million or more documents. It becomes slow and needs improvement. Perhaps it's a cloud-related issue, but it needs to be addressed. It could be due to our S3 bucket or something else. Nevertheless, this is a significant challenge we're facing.""OpenText Documentum has a lot of scope for improvement in terms of adding some AI integrations.""OpenText Documentum needs to improve its support.""The vertical application could be improved.""The user interface can be a bit more intuitive."
