Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"Agility, reverse engineering, customized portal web, help desk and user guides, easy deployment, simple to modify.""Its cost is the most valuable. It is not as expensive. It is also easy to make different types of processes for the users.""Bizagi is flexible. I can share things with other consultants because it is the most commonly used software in my community. It has been a great and good resource for us in making sure that we adhere to the process.""Great software for managing my business. I think this is the best business process management software.""The visualizations and attachments provided by the product are valuable.""Process management is easy with Bizagi; validating processes and assigning resources is straightforward.""The user interface is pretty good.""Very user friendly and a professional solution."

"Scalability: To move from larger boxes to smaller boxes, along with virtualization. So, we are not locked into a particular size.""The backup, monitoring and logging are the best features.""F5 BIG-IQ is a central management system for the BIG-IP.""The most valuable features are load balancing and WAF.""F5 BIG-IQ reduces the propensity for error.""F5 BIG-IQ has always provided us with great support.""We use this solution on a daily basis, and it is very stable.""The GUI is fine, at least from an engineer's perspective."

Cons
"The free version could be better. Some of the templates and all the functionalities aren't available in the free version. I've been trying to check some maps, for example, organizational maps or a model on organization hierarchy. Apparently, there seems to be no template. You have to create your own. I am not sure if there are templates, but I've not really seen any. I think that there's room for improvement.""Bizagi allows for automation, but it's very complicated.""The tool is expensive and it should improve its pricing.""The product must make automation easier.""The solution needs to make it easier to use RPA products on it. They may need an RPA specific interface. It would be better than having to make an RPA tool to use for viewing. Most of our work is about making RPA tools with the Bizagi, not using Bizagi itself.""It is difficult to drive ROI on types of processes involving complex business rules.""It works slowly on the cloud, sometimes.""I would like to see simulation as a free feature again. In version 3.3 it was free, but in 4.0 it isn't."

"The shell, kernel, or Linux has something like a delay, especially with the Virtual Edition, when you are trying to implement it in the cloud and you want to access it remotely with web management. It would be great if they could improve their kernel. It was difficult for me, especially when I got started with BIG-IP. I was struggling to find which commands work with it. If you want to work with it, you have to be a Linux guy.""The solution should improve pricing. It's expensive in comparison to other American solutions.""Sometimes the solution does not work.""Integration with VAS is something that they need to work on.""F5 BIG-IQ should improve by being a complete certificate management solution because currently, it is only for Venafi. Other automation platforms, should be added.""The solution's rSeries has been made free, and iSeries should be made free as well.""They could use YAML or JSON if they wanted to make it a little bit easier for us.""F5 BIG-IQ is a complex solution, and it cannot manage everything related to BIG-IPs."
