Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The most valuable feature is that it is compatible with Visual Studio and .NET, and we can program it. Its speed is very good, and it is also stable and easy to deploy.""What I find most valuable is the flexibility, I find it very easy to use and very flexible for my purpose. I can use it without any particular problem, and it's very intuitive and easy to understand.""It automates a completely manual, complicated process.""With the appropriate governance framework, properly trained business analysts can be empowered to design and build business solutions themselves.""Its cost is the most valuable. It is not as expensive. It is also easy to make different types of processes for the users.""The interface, design, and accessible user manuals to help get started using the solution are valuable features in Bizagi.""The approval process is simple.""Agility is most valuable because we can develop so much faster than other tools. We can make requirements, develop, and go out to production much faster. So, agility in the software cycle is most valuable."

Cons
"I would like to see a facility for building a simple CRUD application. In Bizagi, you can use database modeling, diagrams, forms, etc., but in some circumstances I need CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) functionalities which are not there yet.""There could be more documentation.""Difficult to export in formats other than PDF.""Cloud support for their process mapping tool could be better. To map all your processes in any way and call your data, you need to download their on-premise setup or their desktop setup. Cloud support for process mapping is limited, and they should work on that.""Agriculture, Industry.""Can be difficult for new users.""The solution was very limited.""One thing that I don't like very much is related to integration: we have to develop some connectors... I would need a connector that connects to a REST service and that uses client ID in secret... They provide the means to develop a connector and use it, but they should implement this because REST services are among the most used protocols for web services."
