"This tool is really helpful in reducing a lot of manual work. If I have data from different applications, such as JD and ServiceNow, I can just create a SmartObject based on a data source and use it. I have some forms that have six, seven, or eight applications in a single form with data from different places.""This solution is very easy to use and customize, using almost zero coding. It's built on SharePoint which many companies in our country have experience with. This made it easy to adapt the application in our environment.""It has helped us a lot, especially during the initial phase of a project where most of the things are done on paper."
