"Analytics is the most valuable feature. The business service summaries in the dashboards and the correlations for the SIEM are also valuable features.""I like FortiSIEM because it integrates natively with our other Fortinet solutions and the Fortinet Fabric, but it also integrates with Cisco, Palo Alto and other security fabrics.""It gives us the opportunity to generate notifications based upon rules that get triggered, and the rules could be specific to PCI, HIPAA, GIBA, NIST, and so forth.""FortiSIEM helped us discover all the threats at the time that were attacking the IT services of the company. We now have multiple-level authentication.""It works well with medium to large-scale enterprises.""The product is quite well-organized. The GUI makes it easy to navigate.""The event correlation is pretty robust. The GUI is pretty good.""The most valuable feature of Fortinet FortiSIEM is the correlation of many events."

Cons
"Currently, Broadcom Network Flow Analysis does not support high-availability solutions, making it an area that needs improvement.""I would like to see more security features, like a lost protection package."

More Broadcom Network Flow Analysis Cons →

"They could work on their documentation. If there's anything about the solution that needs improvement, it's that. For example, documentation already is on a very high level but specifically on the CLI there are tons of features which can be fine-tuned and thousands of commands are very difficult to document. If they could make this easier, it would improve the overall solution.""If there is a configuration on the wrong side of the network or there are changes that result in harm to our IT infrastructure, the solution should immediately fix it.""An improvement would be if FortiSIEM's licensing was based on the number of nodes rather than the EPS.""The nodes on our network did not comply with the SIEM solution. They use a different format parking log.""The UI could improve in Fortinet FortiSIEM. Humans view the UI frequently for data and if it was more visually pleasing it would be beneficial.""Fortinet FortiSIEM could improve by having better integration and extensions. This would benefit by allowing us to give more rules.""FortiSIEM needs to expand its integration with third-party vendors. I don't know if Forcepoint has been added, but there were limited resources for integrating Forcepoint solutions when we implemented FortiSIEM. It integrates well with other Fortinet products and solutions from established cybersecurity companies like Palo Alto but doesn't integrate with some of the newer vendors.""The product does not have Security Orchestration and Automation Response, I would recommend adding this feature."
