Find out what your peers are saying about Microsoft, Camunda, Sparx Systems and others in Business Process Design."It is very user-friendly compared to IBM BPM. It's much simpler – it's more streamlined. That means even non-technical departments can use it."
"I can use any other tools to create services and the UI, and then use them together with the Camunda BPMN engine."
"We are using the BPMN engine of Camunda; we are not using the user interface. We are using just the engine, the back end of this. For us, it is working quite well."
"The modeler is useful for creating the flow. The way to access the data through their REST API is also valuable. This is what we're using right now."
"The headless nature of the Camunda Platform is something that has helped us to build our own logic and platforms on it."
"It is simple to use. The user experience is very good."
"It allows me to present or to demonstrate the business process flow, visually, without having to resort to PowerPoint, Visio, or other products."
"We like the idea of working with Cawemo because it enables us to keep on working, remotely or not. It allows us to collaborate between areas. It's easy to model and easy to use"
"I have found Salesforce Sales Cloud to be stable."
"The most valuable feature of Salesforce Sales Cloud is for teams the ability to do marketing on our page and to manage their marketing leads. You are able to close a deal and do the renewal. For the life cycle management for customer management, we use Salesforce Sales Cloud. The performance of the solution is good."
"The best features of the solution are its performance and stability."
"The reporting features are useful."
"It is a one-stop shop for running anything related to sales. You can do a lot of things."
"Salesforce Sales Cloud is a stable solution."
"Salesforce highlights what are we selling in different regions and which regions or areas offer opportunities. We are able to view sales by month, quarter or year."
"The dashboards and dashboard customization are great."
"When addressing a complex and extensive process, the domain it belongs to, be it banking, healthcare, or HR, requires widespread access."
"The migration strategy needs to be improved."
"It has a Postgres database at the backend, and it is very difficult to scale if you increase the number of processes running. We did hit some barriers. We were able to overcome them, but it was a problem. Camunda has another product called Camunda Cloud, which supposedly doesn't have the same scalability problems, but we are not using Camunda Cloud because the set of features is smaller than Camunda On-Premises. So, its scalability can be improved. Because it has a single database, it is more difficult to scale if you have a huge success."
"While it's very scalable, it would be great if auto-scaling capabilities were added to it... one area that really could help out would be to have dynamic resizing of the cluster. Right now, you have to do capacity planning."
"The product must provide more videos and training materials."
"When you search for Camunda BPM resources or books on how to utilize Camunda BPM, it is lacking. When it comes to Alfresco, there are thousands of resources that can help you to utilize within AWS and its Group Services. I would like to see the usage of Camunda BPM on Amazon Web Services be improved."
"I would like to see the forms engine available in the open-source version of this solution."
"The solution could use some enhancements like adding connectors, improving forms and having a mobile app, but everything is an enhancement rather than a flaw."
"If the infrastructure is not correct, then customers are having an issue and it's taking a lot of time to load."
"With the solution being very vast, they need to prioritize features."
"When integrating Salesforce Sales Cloud with other applications it can be difficult to maintain security."
"There are also certain restrictions on the reports in terms of the number of records. Ideally, that should be removed."
"The licensing price could be cheaper."
"The problem is the solution has gotten so big, it's very complex now. It's a bit difficult to figure out how to do certain actions."
"It does not include a professional accounting system, it is operations and it is CRM. It is not capable of accounting things."
"The scalability could improve by a small amount."
