We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

"We have found the Orient Explorer to be a valuable feature.""I have found the automatic mapping of the processes themselves to be a valuable feature.""The solution offers very good division management.""The training material is good. The information is very systematic, detailed, and comprehensive. They have a training video for almost every single thing, which makes it easier to know how to use the tool.""With the help of data mining, we can identify different costs. Celonis does background research into the data from the different solutions and puts it into the dashboard and so we can see the differences between the pricing over the previous years.""The solution offers a very good user interface.""Its usage is relatively straightforward after the UI is set up. There's a lot of pre-built analysis that can be utilized, which saves a lot of time. Overall, it is a good product.""The documentation, multi-hop analysis, and SLA breaches are the most valuable features we have discovered."

"This product is easy-to-use and the interface is simple and user-friendly.""The most valuable feature is that it improves our processes and it deploys automation at a cheaper price, higher efficiency, and accuracy.""I have found the most valuable features to be virtualization, multi-user, developer tools, API analytics, and workflow management.""With UiPath in place, we are moving away from training people on the core applications, which are pretty complex. We've built a headless frontend, so it's really easy for anybody to join our company and be productive.""The most valuable feature is the user interface, which makes it easy to use for tasks like configuring resources.""Great user interface.""So far, we are just testing it and seeking out use cases, however, so far, it's been an interesting solution to work with.""The solution counts the number of cross-sections at each step of the year which allows you to see all the data to figure out what is happening in the company. You do not need to manually collect data, it continuously updates the data. Overall the solution is easy to use and has dashboards."

"It would help if they had more integrations and automation features.""We want to see its linkage to Robotic Process Automation. We would also like to see how can it lead to the implementation side and whether the transition is smooth.""In the next release, I would like for them to integrate more custom features to ease the process of having multiple solutions. I would like to be able to integrate it with other solutions.""The price could be better, but complexity is the biggest problem. Celonis is quite easy to operate once the customizations are done. You need a large amount of skill and knowledge to work with the tool. You need to understand it and know more than the basics.""Essentially, the solution should allow for more plug and play instead of requiring a person to be adept at a certain level in coding and developing.""The Process Query Language (PQL) native language used in Celonis needs improvements. It has most of the process-related functions but we have queries from clients that cannot be done in PQL.""It should be more flexible. It is not particularly flexible in the way it works, and it is quite rigid. It has some very strong structures that you have to follow. It could certainly be made more user-friendly to understand and should have fewer requirements for manipulation of the data to create the visualizations. We should also get better support from Celonis, and they also need to make the licensing model slightly different.""In the solution, you have access to how the process is, and are able to integrate that with other systems that allow you to make changes to the process itself, this process can be improved."

More Celonis Cons »

"Its price can be improved. They can also have a better plan for training the end users to be able to use this solution.""Data crunching needs to be done by an analytics team and then imported.""It would also be great to have UiPath Insights included in the free Orchestrator. The Insights module is currently only available for paid licenses. It would be great for developers to have it included in the free version, because then we could try it out.""If UiPath can identify where it has gone wrong and try to identify the bottleneck value, which are more machine learning in AI, it would be great.""This is not a perfect tool, as there are things that should be improved.""I would like a few tutorials that explain step by step how to start, including a few tips for new users.""The remote desktop we utilize suffers from inconsistent performance, sometimes functioning well and other times not.""Cost of the solution is high."

Pricing and Cost Advice
"Evaluating the price of the solution can be a difficult question. It is all about the business case and the return of the investments. That is typically how we also see this type of solution. It depends very much on the return. The entry-level is focused on enterprise size companies, for the SMB segment is it is out of their range. It is definitely expensive.""It is quite a significant investment. From a cost perspective, they need to reevaluate the licensing model. The cost is justified, but they need to make the licensing model slightly different.""Celonis is expensive. It's not for mid or low-sized enterprises because the license price is high. Overall, it's quite pricey compared to anything else that I have heard about. But the good thing is that they don't charge per user. They charge for the data model.""I was not involved in that, but I am sure it was cost-effective for them. That's why they made the decision to take it.""The solution requires an annual license. There is room for improvement because it is priced for organizations and not for individuals. For an individual, it would be too expensive for them to use it.""The cost of the software for us or the client is on the higher end."

"It is not an expensive product, although the price could be lower.""We pay yearly, and I believe a support fee is paid monthly.""The pricing for the product is high. You pay a licensing fee and an additional 20% for support and maintenance.""Licensing costs are on an annual basis.""The pricing of Process Mining is based on an annual subscription. The final cost per year depends on what clients are able to negotiate with their salesperson.""It is very expensive.""We are using the Community Version of UiPath and have only a single process automated.""The price of the solution could be lower. However, Automation Anywhere is approximately $8,000, and when comparing these solutions, UiPath Process Mining is less expensive. The license for the solution is purchased annually."
