We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros
"We use this solution for MDM.""It's a very easy solution for the most part, it's very easy to implement and very easy to administer.""It's extremely competitive and very good for a product in this sphere.""We experience no downtime, no breakdowns, all the user readings are exact, and it gives us quick analysis so we can apply security measures.""The stability of the solution is very good. It's reliable. We don't have crashes or experience freezing. There aren't bugs or glitches."

"Jamf Pro allowed us to patch and manage endpoints while collecting log data to help improve operational efficiency.""The most valuable features are the Jamf agent and the API.""Users love that instead of having to wait for tickets to be resolved, they can open an app and run a specific policy.""We were able to dramatically enhance our cybersecurity, and better support our users.""It's a great way to keep track of all of our licenses and the software we use daily.""The full API lets us write custom scripts and apps to enhance even further the end-user experience.""The features that have been the most life-saving for us are pre-stage enrollments and self-service.""Policies are a great feature that allows us to push certain restrictions to devices that require them, such as the younger generation of students we have."

Cons
"It doesn't seem to be able to establish some VPN tunnels with other devices in a particular way that such as an ASA can do for us.""Because Cisco has improved a lot and is competing with other technologies that are innovative and brand new to the market, the only improvements they have to make are to keep up with the current competition and remain competitive with other solutions.""We've really only experimented with their iOS client. This is due to the fact that their Windows client has a lot to be desired. We first tried experimenting with the Windows one but very quickly determined that it wasn't going to cut it for most Windows cases. The Windows portion of this product needs improvement. I'd say that it's not really viable."

"The list of applications for patch management isn't sufficient.""There are known issues with the mobile configs that need to be fixed.""If it could do ticketing and non-Apple devices then that would be huge.""This solution would benefit from more focus on Self Service, such as Office 365 and GSuite integration.""There is still no feature for properly patching T2 Security Chip-enabled Macs.""A more modern UI in the next release will make the product absolutely perfect.""The ability to ask a device to run a policy regularly would be a real advantage.""An in-house chat room would be a great way to communicate with your team when you aren't physically present with them."
