Cons
It has happened in the past that Cisco Umbrella has denied us access to secure websites. The reporting could be improved by way of the information that's displayed. For example, when you pull a report, it shows an internal employee going to many websites, but you can spin that right down by saying a lot of it is being cached.I would like to see integration with SecurNX in the future. This solution does not give us full, 360-degree protection. It would be useful if they had a malware protection engine running inside their own VM.I would like to see a graphical representation of the entire network.Support for multiple domains is important to us.I would like to see DLP integration in the next release of this solution.

We would like to see more reporting capabilities that are now offered only with the on-premises reporting appliance. The dashboard and reporting features need improvement. The user needs more informative dashboards so they can get to the results directly without getting deep in the report to get to the information.Endpoint solutions need to improved.

Pricing and Cost Advice
I am not sure, I don't have the numbers in front of me, but I think it's $1.00 or so per device/month.Cisco has a model called ELA. With ELA, if you buy the solution you will have the complete security portfolio and you can pay it yearly or after three years, it depends on the contract.Licensing fees are paid on a yearly basis. Our licensing fees are on a yearly basis. Our costs were negotiated, and they are okay. There is a one-time cost of approximately $800 USD per user, and then a yearly support fee of about $50 per user. The price could be lower. The product is pricey compared to Cisco Firepower.
