Cons
This solution should include a fully functional firewall at no extra charge.Cisco's router and voice gateway has not been available since the launch of SD-WAN.It would be very helpful if we had better access to a knowledge base, or online documentation, to help both us and our customers learn to use this solution.This solution is expensive so pricing is a concern.

The solution needs to enact more advanced protections.The port density should be improved because this solution is limited to two.There could be more options for integration between other devices — sort of being able to more easily make everything integrated in one solution.When there is an issue, I find it difficult to figure out what is going wrong because the logs do not provide as much information as solutions from HP.It should be easier to install BGP and it should have a better backup.The solution needs a multi-use provider portal.The solution lacks a certain amount of functionality and features.They stopped doing WAN optimization as a feature set, which is lacking. They need to relook at that and consider WAN optimization as an option.
