Cons
Support for multiple domains is important to us.I would like to see DLP integration in the next release of this solution.Security, overall, can always be improved. The solution's technical support is not very good. Some countries don't have a DNS server leading to a domain resolution IP, not at a local level. Its DNS service does not support IPv6 query. There should be a way to monitor traffic at the user level. If the virtual appliances could also gather traffic bandwidth reports, that would be great.

Pricing and Cost Advice
Our licensing fees are on a yearly basis. Our costs were negotiated, and they are okay. There is a one-time cost of approximately $800 USD per user, and then a yearly support fee of about $50 per user. The price could be lower. The product is pricey compared to Cisco Firepower. It needs a better price point. The pricing is fair. You can request an evaluation license.
