The most valuable feature of Forcepoint Web Security is creating the easy to install further policies that are deployed through the Forcepoint security manual at some stage. It would be useful if they had a malware protection engine running inside their own VM.I would like to see a graphical representation of the entire network.Support for multiple domains is important to us.I would like to see DLP integration in the next release of this solution.Security, overall, can always be improved.The solution's technical support is not very good.Some countries don't have a DNS server leading to a domain resolution IP, not at a local level.Its DNS service does not support IPv6 query.

The firewall doesn't have any features because some customers are requesting they will install the firewall without licensing. At this time we cannot go further without licensing. Licensing is a must with Forcepoint Web Security firewalls.Ease of use could be improved.There are several issues with the product. Version 8.4 can only be managed with a CLI, they removed the nice GUI interface from version 8.1. The load-balancing needs massive improvements. The incident lists don’t sync between appliances, they need to be manually edited for each one.Improve detailed guidelines to deploy the transparent proxy to Firefox users.Security of browsing.The reporting could be improved.Database synchronization failuresAllow for faster exemption of websites or the ability to reclassify websites.

Cisco has a model called ELA. With ELA, if you buy the solution you will have the complete security portfolio and you can pay it yearly or after three years, it depends on the contract.Licensing fees are paid on a yearly basis.Our licensing fees are on a yearly basis.Our costs were negotiated, and they are okay.There is a one-time cost of approximately $800 USD per user, and then a yearly support fee of about $50 per user.The price could be lower.The product is pricey compared to Cisco Firepower.It needs a better price point.
