Pros
"The most impressive thing about Citrix ADM is that we don't encounter latency.""We use the product for load balancing and as a reverse proxy solution.""Content filtering, security layer, and application customization features are the most valuable.""The most valuable features are for the ADMs and the overall monitoring environment.""Available on any device and can be accessed on a wide area network.""Just one solution can handle thousands of users... So, it is a very convenient tool to use.""The analytics are a great feature.""An essential component is the Director, which provides detailed insights into sessions, including identifying session failures, connection issues, user lockouts, etc. It presents a list of problems to address, enabling you to click on them and resolve them efficiently."

"Data Miner allows you to take control. It has an API to talk to different products, including drivers to talk to the APIs of third-party products. You can control it from the screen.""The solution is user-friendly and is readily customizable, which allows us to do control and monitoring in a single stage.""The most valuable feature of DataMiner is its comprehensiveness. It provides an open driver that allows you to customize and program each aspect of the system. Additionally, there are many separate modules available that can be used to enhance the system's capabilities beyond just monitoring, allowing you to manage your entire workflow. This is a valuable feature that makes troubleshooting easier and helps to optimize the use of the system."

Cons
"Citrix is more expensive than Horizon.""The tool's pricing is a pain point since we have many cheaper alternatives.""Some features of Citrix ADM are available on the cloud, which could really be helpful if they were available on an on-premise version.""I would like to see the virtual and desktop license included in the pricing.""Deployment is complicated.""Citrix ADM needs to improve on its additional features and reduce the communication ports.""The interface could be improved, some customers struggle with that.""When a new version comes out, sometimes, my existing configuration gets wiped out. They should work on this so that my existing configuration doesn't get impacted with an upgrade to a newer version. There could also reduce frequent firmware upgrade activities and have a stable version so that once we upgrade it, we don't have to upgrade it for two to three years."

"I am looking forward to the company continuing to improve its solution and incorporate new technologies. Specifically, I hope that they will allow their cloud database environment to host services, rather than requiring the use of on-premises digital or physical servers. The company is moving in this direction, but I am still waiting for this capability to be implemented.""We would like to have more products supported by the drivers because there are so many products out there. If DataMiner has not built the drivers to support them we can not control them, we can only see them based on SNMP. If more drivers are included, it won't cost us if we have new products."
