We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"To me, the most valuable feature of Clarity CA is the timesheet. It's the only feature I use because I just support the tool, and I just enter time on it. Others use Clarity CA for other purposes, such as resource management, project management, scheduling, and financials. The tool also has a fairly simple integration with other systems, so at the moment, it's working fine. I also like that you can write your own code in Clarity CA, and you can make changes to it based on your needs."

"The dashboard has been very useful.""The setup is pretty simple.""Very good, functional solution for endpoint management.""The centralized control of all of our Windows hardware that this solution offers has been most valuable to our organization.""It's a complete product that allows you to remote troubleshoot, has an inventory of systems.""The reporting tool is very good.""What is great about the patch management solution, is that it patches OS, applications, browsers, plug-ins, and firmware updates.""Page management and ADA integrations are the most valuable features of ManageEngine Endpoint Central."

Cons
"What could be improved in Clarity CA is its UI, but I know the Clarity team is working on a new UI, so I'm expecting its UI to get better. The software also has too many functions, so it would be good if the functions or features could be split up, rather than needing to buy the whole Clarity CA package, when you'll only use a few of its functions. This increases the cost of the software, so that's another area for improvement. How Clarity CA is marketed could also be improved."

More Clarity CA Cons →

"The team should work on improving the stability, particularly with massive patches deployment, clients are not 100% getting patches and the information provided by the system does not help; more detailed report would be very useful.""Its licensing should be improved.""The product's remote access manager needs improvement.""Documentation could improve so we don't need to create the support requests first.""Tech support is mediocre at best.""ManageEngine Endpoint Central’s scalability could be improved.""The tool's security can be better.""The product must provide more API integrations with different ERP tools."

    Reviews from Real Users

PeerSpot user, Sr Engineer Administrator at a university, says that "Its cross-platform capabilities and the ability to do both OS-level patching and third-party patching are valuable. It is difficult to find a software product that will do all that for you out of the box, and you don't have to do any configuration other than your initial setup. Once you do that, there is a very minimalistic approach to getting it operational. You can have it up and running within a 20-minute time span."

Park Armstrong, Chief Technical and Solution Architect at Vertigo Inc., writes that ManageEngine Endpoint Central is “Helpful for identifying and filling the gaps and meeting compliance needs, but each of their product works as an independent product and lacks integration”.
