Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"This product saves us a lot of time and increases our efficiency.""Remote access and detailed monitoring help us support our equipment.""It's definitely improved the help-desk servicing, et cetera.""The implementation is nice and easy.""We use monitors to keep track of our machines. We use a pretty good portion of information from Automate.""The initial setup is easy and the deployment is quick.""It's a very good IT tool for a company that provides IT services. It is very helpful for technicians to work with the tool to see all of the customers in one place and then manage all of the computers in one place.""A good automated scripts feature."

"Most of the features are pretty good and the solution is user friendly.""We have found the solution to be very flexible to our requirements. We have been able to configure it on-premise effectively when we were using less of the cloud.""Everything is running seamlessly on the solution, to the point where you don't see any gap.""The remote support and data collection features are great.""Kaseya Traverse is a very stable solution and very sustainable in terms of what the market wants, what is out there, price-wise and functionality features. They're quite competitive and they are always innovating.""It's a simple and humble tool.""It is a pretty stable solution...It is a pretty stable solution."

Cons
"Scheduling of automation could be improved and made more simple.""We would love to get feature updates and cumulative updates fixed. I know they aren't really supposed to be pushed with Patch Manager. We've got recommendations from ConnectWise to use the scripted feature update installs, scripted KB updates, etc. Having these in Patch Manager itself would be great.""The project management needs improvement and there's a section of the product called configuration that also needs to be improved.""In Patch Manager, there should be more reportability so that it is easier to see the updates that I have applied to a machine and when the next update will happen. A lot of times, it seems like all the information is kind of thrown all over the place, and you can't really see it all at the same time. There should be a simplified patch data view that allows us to quickly confirm that our various clients are getting patched as they should be.""The wait time for a support ticket to be addressed needs to be reduced. They take a couple of days to get back. It is a little frustrating when we have to wait for a couple of days. A lot of times, the issue is critical for us. If we're reaching out to their support team and submitting a ticket, it is because we need it handled quickly.""The menu doesn't always load properly.""They could use some automated alerts particularly when we're talking about an MSP that might shoot over.""This is a raw system. Of course, it has some flaws that could be improved. But, it's something that we will have to work with to get to the point where we need this, we request it and they do their best to make it happen."

"Kaseya Traverse can improve by adding a Service Map to help us create a configuration management database (CMDB), this would be helpful for us.""In terms of what could be improved, we are innovating all the time, as well as having a look at different avenues so that the strategy follows the structure. I think the software is still a little bit too new to actually fully asses what it has.""Reporting is a bit difficult.""We've noticed a few bugs as of late. However, this seems to only be in the reporting part of the product.""The tool needs to have some AI capabilities, which it lacks currently.""Dashboards and Central Protection were an issue. Also, database monitoring was not there. Even though they said that it was there at an additional cost, that tool was very basic. We couldn't have device configuration backup also.""Reporting is tedious and not organized in the way customers expect."
