"Within advanced threat hunting, the tables that have already been defined by Microsoft are helpful. In the advanced threat hunting tab, there were different tables, and one of the tables was related to device info, device alert, and device events. That was very helpful. Another feature that I liked but didn't have access to was deep analysis."
"We also use Microsoft Sentinel, Defender for Cloud, Defender for Identity, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps. They are all integrated and it was very easy to integrate them. In my experience with the integrations, it was just a click of a button and things were integrated. It's just a button."
"The product is very easy to use."
"The ability to integrate and observe a more cohesive narrative across the products is crucial."
"The advantage of Microsoft Defender XDR has over other XDRs in the market is that it's easy to use. You can quickly differentiate between alerts, incidents, devices, software, etc. It's easier to investigate an incident, and you have so many options. You can automate investigations and use playbooks. There's also the live response session, which is something you can't find in any other XDR."
"Microsoft Defender XDR is scalable."
"The common and advanced security policies for threat hunting and blocking attacks are valuable."
"In Microsoft 365 vendor products, monitoring and connectivity across all Microsoft and third-party connectors enable viewing of all activity within those environments."
"It's given me a level of confidence that my network is secure."
"Scalability hasn't been an issue for us."
"It has definitely minimized resources. When everything was on-prem, there was a lot more work maintaining it. One of the big value tickets: I don't have lists of hundreds of exceptions for certain applications that I have to maintain, add, delete, and move. The very nature of the product has lessened my workload considerably."
"It's ability to do threat hunting is really great, quite robust, and even allows you to do hygiene stuff."
"CrowdStrike Falcon is effortless to use, and it's a cloud-specific platform. You only need to deploy the light agents on the licensed endpoints, and you're ready to work. Your dashboards will tell you the number of the endpoints being protected and the incidents. There are also incident dashboards with alerts that will tell you about the details."
"The solution offers great stability."
"The managed services are distinguished, responsive, dynamic, flexible, and assertive when taking action."
"The 10 hours a week that we are freeing up from having to manage and monitor our AV solution has really allowed us to focus on other areas of the business. This has been a huge return on investment."
"The interface is exceptionally clear and easy to understand."
"I have found the continued support and pretty much all the features to be valuable. They all stand out as being positive. It continues to detect unusual activity when it's supposed to, and so far we haven't had any issues."
"A good feature is how the solution packages varied information into a single dashboard that's readable and meets our needs."
"The feature I find most valuable, is the reality graphical user interface."
"I like that it is possible to use the solution to check more information about the users' devices."
"The level of automation is very good because the majority of the time, it blocks the attacks without requiring anything from our side. The technicians don't have to do anything. They are just alerted about what happened. So, the user intelligence works quite well."
"The most valuable feature of this solution is the network part of it because most of the endpoint products in XDS products we find Cynet has networking user behavior analysis and network analysis, for the whole team."
"The product has valuable front-end features."
"The support from Microsoft could improve. There are times I have to wait for a response from a qualified specialist."
"The capability to not only thwart attacks but also to adapt to evolving threats is crucial."
"From an integration standpoint, it is always improving overall. With Security Copilot coming out, as partners, we are waiting for the GDAP support so that we can actually see Security Copilot on behalf of customers if they subscribe to it."
"Intrusion detection and prevention would be great to have with 365 Defender."
"There could be a way to proactively monitor unusual activity ."
"A simple dashboard without having to use MS Sentinel would be a welcome improvement."
"In the beginning, it's difficult to navigate the system because it is quite large. Just trying to find your way and understand how the system works can be hard. After spending quite a lot of time searching it's a lot easier, but I wish it were a bit more user-friendly when you're trying to find things."
"There are still some components, such as vulnerability management within the vendor product, where improved integration would be beneficial."
"We would like to be able to perform on-demand scanning, rather than relying on the scheduler."
"Some of Falcon's features are a bit pricey."
"Basically, they don't cover legacy OS or applications. That's the only issue we're concerned about"
"The biggest issue with Falcon as a standalone product is it doesn't have very much reporting."
"If we have a dashboard capability to uninstall agents, I think that would be great."
"It is cloud-based, and this does make some weary of the data being held on the cloud. Privacy requirements must be taken into account."
"They offered a white glove service that was extremely costly. When we got into it, we saw it was relatively easy. If I was being nitpicky, I'd say that I don't like being sold something that's unnecessary. That's the only downside I've seen to the solution."
"In the six months that I have been using CrowdStrike, it has not been able to detect anything."
"Its dashboard is not so good. On the dashboard, they don't show the count for client endpoints, which is a failure of this product. This count should be shown on the dashboard. I have 1,000 clients, but I can't see it anywhere on the dashboard."
"Increased application for SOAR abilities across interconnected devices would be a welcome improvement."
"Automation could be improved, and orchestration could be added to the features."
"Cynet fails to deploy the same technology in mobile devices."
"Could have better integration with other security applications."
"Cynet could improve when a reverse proxy is being used to connect to the servers. There could be an easier configuration because it is not plug-and-play."
"They have some things in the pipeline, we understand, and they're going to be able to support Android and all these other devices soon. The key is the devices - which is an aspect that is lacking right now. Every company has that problem, not just Cynet."
"I would like to see support for mobile protection and some additional reports included."
