"I find value in notifications from CyberArk when passwords fail verification and have other issues."
"We can make a policy that affects everybody instantly."
"All access to our servers by both staff and vendors is monitored and recorded."
"AIM has been a great help in automating password retrieval which removes the need for hard-coded credentials."
"It provides an accountability to the individuals who are using it, knowing that it is audited and tracked."
"Because we now have the ability to grant access to management utilities like DNS Manager, Sequel Studio, and MMC, in a secure fashion, without system admins being required to continually reenter various passwords that are stored who knows where, it has really made the system admin's job much easier. It has made the PSM's job much easier. It has made the auditor's job and the security team's job and the access manager's job significantly easier, because we're able to move much more quickly toward a role-based access management system, and that is really streamlining the whole onboarding/offboarding management process."
"The proactive controls which can be configured to a granular level allowing the organization the flexibility to meet the changing demands of the workforce."
"I am able to request any access rights I need."
"Password management is a valuable feature."
"Scalability-wise, I rate this solution a nine out of ten. Oracle Identity Governance is a scalable solution, without a doubt."

"It has a very good response time."
"Its most valuable feature is its scalability."

"I would love them to improve their UI customizing features."
"I would like easier integrations for creating an online dashboard that executives would look at or are able to run reports from the tool."
"The continuous scanning of the assets is limited to Windows and Unix. We like to have the solution scan any databases, network devices, and security devices for privileged accounts. That would be very helpful."
"The documentation is rather basic and it is missing many use cases."
"There were a lot of manual steps in the initial setup which could have been automated. I read the 10.4 release that was sent out about a month or two ago, and I saw the steps required for upgrade have been reduced by about 90%. That was a big thing for me, but I still haven't seen that yet because we have not upgrade past 9.9.5."
"There is a lot of room for improvement in the report section. I also work on other tools, such as Thycotic, which allows you to create customized reports for your organization's needs. In CyberArk, there are limited reports, whereas in Thycotic or some of the other PAM tools, because the database is different, you can customize the report based on your needs through SQL queries."
"The lead product has a slow process. There are some reports and requirements from CyberArk which are not readily available as an applicable solution. We have made consistent management requests in the logs."
"It is web-based, but other competitors have apps. We need to get there. It is just smoother to have an app. You don't have all the bugs from having a browser, and people like them better, since you can get to them via mobile."
"I have yet to see its full functionality exercised in my organization."
"They need to improve their backup strategy."
"The solution needs to improve its web interface in the next release."
"OIA needs to improve its governance features."
"Oracle Identity Governance can capture a lot of loads, it's stable. However, we once had a problem two years ago, but it is now resolved. There are some issues still present, but they're operational. They don't impact the customers. There are some improvements that can be done."
"The cost of this product needs to be reduced."
"The platform could be enhanced with additional features."
"Pricing for Oracle Identity Governance could be improved. The setup process for the tool could also be faster."
