Pros
"We can manage the entire system across the network and troubleshoot the pain points."

"Wire data analytics.""There are many valuable features in this product, but probably the biggest is the customization capability it has.""The most valuable features are security detections, perimeter detection, dashboards, and alerts.""Not only can you look at the protocol import level. It also has a live PCAP analysis.""The most valuable feature is the way it handles data, from Layer 2 up to Layer 7. We can see everything that happens in the network.""This solution is more applications reference architecture focused. Its benefit is that it specializes in that space."

More ExtraHop Reveal(x) for IT Operations Pros →

"We like the visibility this solution gives us of the infrastructure.""The most valuable features are the ease of use and a single-pane-of-glass that allows us to identify issues across the entire network from one dashboard.""Great visibility on the dashboard.""The product can scale if you need it to.""It is a reliable product. It provides a lot of information that is easy to read.""The ease-of-use and the analytics are really effective tools.""The ability of the product to perform with simplicity of deployment make it a valuable solution.""The most valuable feature is ease of use."

Cons
"The Wi-Fi side needs improvement."

More Juniper Mist Premium Analytics Cons →

"I would improve the Rule-Based Access Control (RBAC) by providing granular access control to the data.""We'd like to see a local presence within the region in order to have seamless service whether it's the support, the implementation, or professional services.""Network visibility is something that needs to be improved.""This solution would be improved if it had the ability to retain data longer.""They have a new solution, ExtraHop Reveal(x), and I think it needs improvement.""They either have to go broad or decide what their bread and butter is and get really good at that."

More ExtraHop Reveal(x) for IT Operations Cons →

"You can't really clone or replicate a device, that sort of feature would be useful. You can clone the site but you cannot clone the device.""This solution can be quite complicated to configure and manage, unless you have a technical person with specific knowledge working on it.""It is not appropriate for large, enterprise businesses.""Something that needs to be improved, is the fact that you if you don't renew the subscription license, it stops working. I would also like to see SSL BPM support for anything else.""Lacks an alert notification when there are IP or DNS issues.""When users are trying to roam from one location to another location, geographical tracking would be helpful.""They can improve the landing page in Meraki Dashboard. When I go into an organization, they can include a lot more infographics. They can also simplify it a bit and consolidate it. For example, if I've got five branches and I go into customer A's profile or organization, I'd like to see an infographic on the landing page providing a snippet of the entire network layout, that is, all branches in one snapshot. From there, I would like to go into the network that I want to work on or view.""For my purposes, I don't need to see any other features added to the Meraki Dashboard. I have no criticisms and I do like the tool. If I had a criticism for it, it would be about the pricing because it could be a little less, but again, for the service that you get, I won't complain about that too much."
