A lot of the products these days, especially the ones on the cloud, are limited and can't handle all the use cases. "It is a large solution where you need to learn how to work in a certain way for it to provide the best benefit.""The user experience is good, but it can be improved. There are a lot of features in the administration part, and they need better documentation. For example, they need to explain the main reason for a feature, and what the tables are in the database.
