"Nutanix Acropolis AOS is easy to use, integrates with other hardware configurations, and is simple to manage.""I have found the solution to be stable.""There are a lot of features in Nutanix that are different from other hyper-converged solutions, such as site-to-site replication. VM-based site-to-site replication is bundled with the software licensing. For the DR, it has the availability groups, which is one of the key features that Nutanix provides.""The solution offers impressive performance.""It's easy to use and has a very smooth onboarding process.""One of the most valuable features of Nutanix is that it's easy to use. I love this solution—it's easy to maintain and update, and I think it's almost perfect.""Its low maintenance is a key feature. It is easy to install, upgrade, and scale by adding more blocks.""Nutanix has several unique capabilities to ensure linear scalability."

Cons
"The security and reporting could be improved."

More Fungible Storage Cluster Cons »

"I'm not very technical, so I don't know if there are any features that are really lacking. Our customers seem pleased with it, and I haven't heard of any downsides.""I'm sure there are a lot of things that could be improved, but I'm actually very satisfied with this product. There may be some possibilities to move the virtual server dismounting points or to move the server from one group to another, but I can't think of any special improvements or update features.""One thing to keep in mind is that only experts can use it. It has to be in the proper hands, instead of going to XYZ people just for some cost savings. So lift-and-shift and migrations might be tricky, because it is not like a VMware.""USB dongle-based licenses do not allow us to directly locate the USB ports on Nutanix.""It would be great if they could improve the GUI features.""Nutanix should improve AHV to support migration VMs between clusters and storage containers. Migration between containers is possible, but it requires shutting down the VM. The procedure is long and there is no migration between clusters at all.""The self-service side of the product needs to be improved. We should be able to add two-factor authentication and more security layers to it.""In the future, I would like to see integration with external storage using the fiber channel"

I can't really complain about that.""AHV is free! This is a great feature that should be taken advantage of.""The pricing is quite good in comparison with HPE SimpliVity, Nutanix Scale, and even traditional architecture.""The price of the solution could improve. Nutanix has recently changed its pricing model from perpetual to subscription. They have identified there are challenges with the pricing model.""My advice is to get the ultimate license, as it is worth it."
