Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"Good performance, even on relatively slow connections; no local apps required.""The most valuable feature is that it is simple to use.""The features we use quite a lot are the mail and Google Drive. We can store documents and share documents between both employees here, locally in Sweden, and we have an office in the US as well. It's a very easy way to share information and documents, and have online meetings and stuff with Google Meet. We use it quite a lot.""It's secure. It offers data security and user privacy. I use it for personal purposes. The interface is okay, and it's easy to use.""The initial setup of Google Workspace is straightforward.""It's easy to control the admin settings, like updating the SDS, NIK, etc. I""All the Microsoft Office features are available in Google Workspace.""The security and privacy policies of G Suite make it efficient, and the organizational data is secure."

"It is simple to use and it allows me to give me the opportunity to access anything I want from any device.""They have support for integration with a lot of tools.""Scalability is good just because it is a cloud-based product.""One of the good features is that the users are not even aware that they're using it.""It was extremely easy to setup.""It's quite easy to use and then of course it is quite well integrated to the rest of Office 365.""Image management is great since the search is simple, and accessing images with labels is easy.""With this solution, the sharing of documents if very easy to do. There's a lot of collaboration you can do with your colleagues."

Cons
"We noticed that sometimes when we forward emails to somebody, it is being relocated as part of the communication somewhere else. The traceability and other features should be improved.""Their tool called Sheets is the counterpart to Excel but it doesn't have the same functionality that Excel would have. So usually if somebody needs to go back to Excel or Office, it's because of Excel.""They could increase the number of third-party integrations on offer.""Despite being an excellent platform, I would very much like Google Docs to be more compatible with Microsoft Word.""Google needs to improve its support.""Less customizations than there used to be.""Improvements to G Suite would be the ability to collaborate more easily and better quality video compression in Google Meet.""The price could be reduced."

"Recent functionality changes have actually made the product more confusing to use.""The area that can be improved is to be able to share easily with folks outside the organization and with folks who don't have an office account. Sometimes, when you send a link, you might have some form of repetition. If you don't know how to share it properly, whoever you are sharing it with will have issues using it. Also, the link that you use to share a document can be made a bit shorter. It doesn't have to be long. Typically, when you want to share a document, it has everything, such as the name of the organization, SharePoint, etc. A short URL will be easier to use, and it will just make life easier, especially because a lot of people are now going mobile. I'm not sure if there's a mobile version of Microsoft OneDrive, similar to Google Drive. If they don't have a mobile app, it would also be nice to have a mobile app because that would help in checking out your documents. It would be easy to check your documents on the go on your phone.""The initial setup is a bit clunky.""There are not enough ways to assign permissions to shared folders and files.""No one gets an alert when files are deleted.""An increase in the capacity of storage in the free version would be nice.""The online application is quite limited, for this and other Office offerings.""It takes too long for OneDrive to synchronize various applications, especially when you are saving office data. It also requires too much bandwidth."
