We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The most valuable features include being an omnichannel solution with customer journey insights, full reporting, and continuous updates based on consumer feedback through their portal.""Genesys Cloud CX has very good training material and training – instructor-led training, self-paced training, and documentation – things are very organized and helpful.""What's most valuable in Genesys Cloud is that it's a complete cloud solution, so it's reliable and 99.99% available. It's also elastic. Genesys Cloud also has chatbots, which I find valuable.""Its comprehensive single application includes everything from reporting to IVR and workflows.""The latest version and updates have been great. It really has everything we need.""Predictive engagement and gamification are valuable features with good inbound functionality.""What's most valuable in Genesys Cloud is that it's easier to use because everything is already built. Another valuable feature of Genesys Cloud is drag-and-drop.""Genesys Cloud is an excellent platform."

"I have found the most valuable feature of the SAP CRM system is its ability to integrate with other modules. SAP CRM is all about integrating with other modules. For example, SuccessFactors is their learning management. This is one use case that SAP CRM themselves use. Their lead generation versus their sales from their educational services. You can instantly receive insight into how many leads have been generated and how much it turned into real business or revenue for them. I was told in one of the seminars that the data transfer from the lead generation to sales is only 24 hours in SAP CRM.""We like that this solution has made our whole accounting function paperless.""It was comfortable setting up the tool.""The tool is easy to use.""The features that are used most are the lead model and the opportunity model. We can create many different pipelines with many phases. These features improved our process in the States very well.""We get very good support from SAP.""SAP is very easy to use.""SAP CRM integrates well with SAP ERP which is useful."

Cons
"Process automation in Genesys Cloud is an area for improvement. It's quite a new feature and still has room for improvement.""Issues can happen during technical troubleshooting, which is completely out of our hands compared to the on-premise solution.""I would like to see some of that functionality or features from Genesys Engage added to Genesys Cloud.""One area for improvement in Genesys Cloud is providing users with more autonomy in troubleshooting and accessing logs.""The tool's pricing could be more flexible, and there should be clearer indications of consumption and fair usage policies.""Pricing is the biggest criterion for improvement. If I compare the pricing between Amazon Connect and Genesys Cloud CX, there is a huge difference.""AI still needs improvement when it comes to predictive engagement.""Reporting isn't the best feature of Genesys Cloud and could be improved. You can't customize reports and applications on Genesys Cloud."

More Genesys Cloud CX Cons →

"SAP CRM should create a more user-friendly graphical user interface (GUI).""The product is very expensive.""CRM is costlier than its competitors.""They have recently updated their user interface but they should continue to improve upon it in the future. Additionally, overall performance or speed of response times could be better.""Previously, the SAP CRM used to use simple servers, but now SAP uses HANA. The problem with the HANA databases is their interoperability with other solutions. SAP CRM could improve by working better with other solutions.""In terms of stability, there are some latency issues.""In the future, machine learning and artificial intelligence functionality need to be included.""What I see as a challenge against our competitor is that Salesforce comes with more flexibility, for enhancement purposes, whereas the SAP CRM Cloud is more robust and rigid. It's not flexible to implement any bespoke solution."
