Cons
"I would love to be able to tell what ISP the user is coming from.""Issues with generating reports; consistency is not there."

More Goliath Performance Monitor Cons →

"The new release cadence needs to be improved. It takes a while for them to add new features and functionality. There should be a quicker turnaround with new versions.""The technical support does not bother to respond.""I think there are a few bugs now. Although they give some resolution for this, we cannot share the network remotely because of our company policy.""Pricing is too high relative to how many devices we use. The price list is not linear to number of devices.""I would like to see them do an enhancement to the application monitoring. A lot of other products do better application monitoring so they should do some improvements to the application monitoring.""I would like to see better integration with switches so that you can see what is connected to each port, what the traffic is, and have a network map automatically generated.""The licensing model could be improved. Right now, the levels are too far apart. This causes the solution to be more expensive than it needs to be.""Regional product team support is not very good."

Pricing and Cost Advice
  • "Pricing is reasonable compared to other products."
  • "I'm not sure, but it's expensive. We don't pay any additional fees."
  • "The choice of version depends on the number of points, or devices, that you want to monitor, and this makes the product expensive."

Top Answer:The solution effectively monitors network devices and servers.
Top Answer:I cannot provide a price rating because we purchased a one-time perpetual license. It's all ours, and we're still enjoying it. We renewed support until last year, but we didn't get benefits from it.
Top Answer:There is room for improvement in server management and application monitoring. An additional feature I would like to see in the next release would be more detailed application monitoring capabilities.
