We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The most valuable feature of Google Drive Enterprise is storage and the mobile version. We can connect to Google Drive, on our Android phones and store all our documents, for later access at any time. It is a very flexible solution.""This solution has become an enhanced product over the years. It is more stable and they keep adding features.""The initial setup is easy.""Provides a secure backup to my data.""I like the ease with which you can share files securely with the team. It makes file and information sharing much easier than sending attachments.""It is very convenient and easy to access.""The performance of this solution is fast because it is hosted by Google.""Accessing their services is simple, user-friendly, and does not require a lot of technology."

"Overall, I have found it to be a good, reliable product.""This is a unified business package that helps people be productive in working environments.""Business 365 is very scalable and easy to use. I need to explore the features more, but I'm more or less happy with the features we are using right now.""One of the most valuable features is this solution makes a lot of tasks easier, such as storing files and the maintenance of your infrastructure. additionally, the solution is easy to use.""Microsoft 365 Business includes SharePoint which is a really good tool. Plus, there are so many apps that you can integrate with this solution.""The solution has a lot of great useful features for communication.""The solution is scalable.""Microsoft 365 Business is a really good product. Microsoft provides many solutions like Microsoft Teams, which is useful for Team utilization across the globe, especially in this COVID 19 kind of scenario. If you enable the enhanced security in Microsoft Teams by using the given options, you can eliminate the third-party solutions like WhatsApp, Telegram. You can easily share your communication, which is much better. You can also collaborate. For example, instead of creating an Excel sheet on your local PC and sending it across to someone over email, you can just share it. SharePoint is one of the best tools to be implemented."

Cons
"In the free version, managing the files and folders and data is a little difficult.""Lacks scalability and security.""You cannot upload multiple files with the same name to Google Drive. I'm not sure how relevant it is for other users, but I have multiple files with the same name that I'm unable to upload to a single folder.""The free tier of storage is limited.""The feature for synchronization of data from multiple systems with the same single ID is not happening in Google Drive. This feature should be added. For example, if I have only one single mail ID and I'm using it in a different location to upload different data, this is the challenge. It is happening from one system or one server. The synchronization of data from the local system to Google Drive will not happen if the IDs are the same. If I'm using it for different systems in different locations, synchronization is not happening. The system hets logged out. This feature is very important for us and they need to add it.""When compared to Commvault or Veeam, I'm not sure what Google Drive has to offer in terms of backing up data on the cloud or in a data center for a large organization.""One problem I face is that online storage capacity is limited these days.""Security is the only area where there are certain shortcomings in the product where improvements are required."

"The cloud performance and the ability to work remotely are actually not very good. I prefer to work on-prem on my laptop. The quality is better.""Sometimes it is quite hard to get a grasp on what features are going to be available at what time. For instance, we had to wait for a very long time on the breakout rules in Teams. There is a roadmap and there are also some blog posts, but you never know when you're going to get it. So it would be preferable to get it more in advance.""It's a little hard to use. It could also be cheaper.""As an example, there isn't a clean transfer to a Google Doc outside of hosting it as a .docx file.""Lower license options should come embedded with security.""If you're looking at Microsoft 365, Intune is a part of that as well and Intune is kind of a nightmare.""The enterprise version should only contain enterprise features and not other items that aren't business-related items.""I suppose it could be more secure; every solution could be more secure."
