The sources of data can include services, applica-tions, operating systems, or even end-user devices at the top. They can go so deep as to include data from servers, the network, or storage – including sensors – in the data center, making the IT department can now correlate data patterns from multiple streams with extreme efficiency to find root causes to problems.
