"If SEEBURGER plans to do something, they will meet their target. We haven't been disappointed by them at all. For example, we had six trading partners to onboard and they said, "We'll make it happen," and they did make it happen. They did exactly what they said they would do. "The solution would be better if it had cloud functionalities.""I would like to see support for non-Java based services. We struggle a bit to be able to deploy and connect our .NET services because of things like data types. We had to map a couple of things. For one solution provider, we had to move them to .NET Core before we could use it properly. I would like to see more agnostic tool service platforms rather than moving it more towards Java or open source.""We would have more capability to interact with the catalog and inventories, so a more DevOps-friendly solution is needed.""It is expensive within this class of products.""The developmental process is not quite user-friendly.""Extracting the data could be improved.""The developer portal could be easier to customize.""Possible improvement is mainly around having more of the cloud oriented architecture bringing stability in adding new capabilities around security."

"There are a lot of service packs during the year. I know that part is the process for updating features, but sometimes it's difficult to update service packs every month.""A person whom I work with, and is not very technical, found the setup complex, as there are a lot of steps.""API connectivity needs improvement as well as the GUI. The GUI hasn't changed that much in 10 years, but of course, that's already been updated.
