Pros
One of the features that I really like about IBM Cloud is the flexibility where you can order your own hardware. The availability is second to none. Customer support is very good. The price of IBM Cloud is most valuable for us. The service is personable and gives us a good rapport. I can't say it's the best, but it was enough for our needs. This product is very good because it is accessible in remote locations, and anyone can deploy from any place. The initial setup was very easy. It's quite straightforward. Deployment took about fifteen minutes. Everything is well organized.

The data factory feature. We are going to use Microsoft Azure to move some on-premise servers into the cloud so that our data can be held there. The most valuable feature is the single sign-on with multifactor authentication. The scalability is good.It was very user-friendly when setting up the virtual machines and console. It was an easy task for my team to create virtual servers and start replications. The incorporation of several kinds of storage, such as SSD Premium, enhanced the performance of machines.Azure has improved my organization because it is a new technology and so the customers who don't have enough knowledge about the cloud delegate the administration of their cloud infrastructure to us. We incorporate and add a new service to our product lineup about how to manage their Azure. It impacts our business because we're able to incorporate this new service.Much more intuitive and more visual than AWS. More obvious where things are and how to change their configurations, etc.

Cons
There is not a lot of support for this solution, which is something that needs to be improved. The deployment can be a bit of a pain. There are a lot of packages and a lot of options and it can require complex configuration to get it right.Maybe performance enhancers and reports could be better improved. If they do so, it would be better. Of all the drawbacks I saw, this would be the biggest enhancement.I would like to see a more user-friendly deployment process in the next release of this solution. The solution needs to be more autonomous. It should let the DL go to allow for more jobs on the cloud. It could have a better interface as well.

Auto ML could be improved technically.Microsoft Azure can be pretty advanced and difficult to understand. I would like it to be simplified. The licensing especially needs to be simplified. The subscription licensing is very complex and we would like to have it simplified.I would like to see more advanced functionality in terms of information security. It should have cost optimization tools. Customers are required to use third-party applications to avoid usage complications.Virtual networks might be improved by adding more rules for the validation of protocols and peripheral elements in security assurance. The interface is not easy to use. I'd like to see them develop a better interface, more graphical information about the resource and the consumer. There are a number of services offered by AWS that are not yet available on Azure.

Pricing and Cost Advice
The price of IBM Cloud is very cheap compared to competitors AWS and Azure. We are using the trial version of this solution, so we have not paid anything.

The licensing fees are more than $1,000,000 USD annually.Monthly billing convenience reduced cost overheads up to 70 percent. It's a very expensive machine and I would like for them to improve the price. There are smaller sized competitors who offer cheaper prices. The pricing is very competitive.
