This is the easiest and best tool available.I have found several things most valuable, including its very quick implementation that you can use a lot of out of the box templates, and lastly that it is a very mature product, especially in hybrid integration. The monitoring capabilities of this product are very good because of the feedback it supplies in statistics. The solution's market place for different kinds of integration platforms is the most valuable feature.MuleSoft offers with the Anypoint Platform a unified platform for API management and an integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) as well as an on-premise Enterprise Service Bus pattern.

Cons
A general improvement in icons and the virtual interface would be good.I would also like to have profiling functionalities and quality transformations in the cloud. One area that needs to improve is the user experience because it is very complex. The trial version is very complex so it's not easy to start using the program immediately. You must study the rules first.I would like to see more functionality added so that it is a bit closer to how much you can do with Informatica PowerCenter. The biggest challenge I see is the IDE's for the cloud and automization are different.

Mule should have better B2B integration. An on-premise setup requires special skills and you need a lot of professional services. The runtime management and connectors could use some work and are vulnerable to breakage after upgrades.Technical support needs to be improved, especially when you need help with more technical aspects of the solution.MuleSoft's release calendar is rather conventional with two major, two minor releases and hotfixes in between. The competition sometimes offer more rapid release cycles and provides improved and new functionality with a faster time-to-market.
