This product is easy to install and it can be done in a few hours.Provides a significant amount of control over the landscape and overall implementation. The user interface and user experience are perfectly all right.Mainstream integration and real-time integration are the best features. The transformation work called for Informatica PowerExchange. It was easy to work with this and very stable.Overall, it's a good tool. It's currently number one on the market. It pretty much has all the necessary capabilities to pull the incremental data from the source system, technically speaking. The most valuable feature is connectivity to data sources. The data transformation is the solution's most valuable feature.

API management. This is the easiest and best tool available.I have found several things most valuable, including its very quick implementation that you can use a lot of out of the box templates, and lastly that it is a very mature product, especially in hybrid integration. The monitoring capabilities of this product are very good because of the feedback it supplies in statistics. The solution's market place for different kinds of integration platforms is the most valuable feature.MuleSoft offers with the Anypoint Platform a unified platform for API management and an integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) as well as an on-premise Enterprise Service Bus pattern.

Cons
I would like to have easier integration with cloud platforms.Should diversify more, maybe with a reporting and visualization utility,Informatica is very expensive in all aspects, so the pricing is something that could be improved.Real-time has not been enhanced that much over the past few years. There has not been as many features added like they did before.Integration with the largest number of databases and other systems would be important. The one place where it could be improved is definitely pricing. That's a very big problem. It depends product to product, but pricing is an issue.Technical support can be improved with respect to delays in ticket response time. The solution needs better integration with other tools.

Lacks intelligent management data and intelligent mappings.Mule should have better B2B integration. An on-premise setup requires special skills and you need a lot of professional services. The runtime management and connectors could use some work and are vulnerable to breakage after upgrades.Technical support needs to be improved, especially when you need help with more technical aspects of the solution.MuleSoft's release calendar is rather conventional with two major, two minor releases and hotfixes in between. The competition sometimes offer more rapid release cycles and provides improved and new functionality with a faster time-to-market.
