InsightSquaredsales tools (with Salesforce integration) allow for objective performance analysis and predictions based on data, not intuition. You can forecast closed deals based on the win rates of specific employees, identify high-opportunity leads, and compare forecasts to historical sales averages. Pipeline management tools allow for the view of user-defined pipeline stages and lead progress. You can even identify your most efficient reps for each stage of the process for data-driven sales coaching. InsightSquared marketing tools help you analyze campaigns, leads generated, track sourced deal conversion rates, align with sales objectives, and identify times and methods of highest traffic and conversion rates. InsightSquared finance tools integrate with Quickbooks and cleanly display all historical data for the quick identification of trends. Drill-down, customer-based analysis not possible with Quickbooks alone and centralized company-wide reporting make accountants more productive and powerful. Staffing analytics from InsightSquared helps out HR. Job order management, candidate source analysis, and placement history analysis all allow you to better track prospective hires and their potential. Activity dashboards and data-driven coaching tools allow you to manage and better monitor the progress of your current employees. InsightSquare support analytics allow specific drill-down into problem accounts and customers, trends in time of day, time until resolution, rep success, and aggregated case management.

Knowage (formerly SpagoBI) has a 14-years history. The actual release is the 6.3.

Knowage offers FULL ANALYTICAL CAPABILITIES, with a special focus on big data analytics and comprehensive support to rich and multi-source data analysis. Knowage provides different modules, each one focused on a specific domain but mutually combinable (Big Data, Smart Intelligence, Enterprise Reporting, Location Intelligence, Performance Management, Predictive Analysis). Moreover, Knowage is an OPEN SOURCE solution: the source code is freely accessible, everyone is allowed to join the community and build the own business solution to ensure strategic decision-making and improved productivity.

Knowage suite is supported by Engineering Group, the leading Italian software and services company, with about 10,000 people and more than 50 offices worldwide.
