We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"Jitterbit provides the ability to quickly map data between files and databases.""The Cloud Console for monitoring and troubleshooting data operations.""The fluid user interface (probably the most user friendly interface, when compared to its competitors).""It is a scalable solution.""Jitterbit handles the most lines of data in a .csv and loads the quickest of any data loader I have tried.""It runs like an appliance and has tremendous throughput.""It is very easy to build integrations and processes to pull and push data.""We only use small parts of the solution, however, the parts that we use are quite adequate."

"The feature I found most valuable in SnapLogic is low-code development. Low-code development has been very useful for simple processes, which is required for business users such as extracting details from a file or getting things reported by calling your web service. Calling your web service also becomes easier with SnapLogic because of the snaps available, so if you have the documentation, you can call an API. You don't have to write all those clients to call an API, so that is another feature I found very easy in SnapLogic. Configuring and managing all the file systems also become very handy with the solution.""The connection with SOAP is the best feature.""It's more developer-friendly, and development can be done at a faster phase.""SnapLogice is a low-code development tool.""What I found most valuable in SnapLogic is the ETL feature, particularly the Transform Snap Pack, for example, any kind of reading or writing on Transform Snaps. Other than that, all the third-party connectivity tools such as the SAP Snap Pack, Salesforce Snap Pack, Workday Snap Pack, even the ServiceNow Snap Pack, I find all those are pretty useful in SnapLogic.""SnapLogic is more user-friendly than Boomi in terms of debugging. You can move the mouse to a place, and it will record and show the data easily.""You can use other languages, such as Python, and easily connect to other systems.""The initial setup is very straightforward."

Cons
"I would like the ability to offer a dedicated cloud version for security.""There were some bugs in the product. For example if you run a delete query and test, it deletes the actual data.""The initial setup can be a little bit difficult.""Sometimes we experience disconnections and I have to close all Jitterbit programs.""I know with Salesforce updating the UI like they did, it slowed it down a lot.""Looping through complex data structures can be difficult.""Sometimes additional connectors are needed.""In the past few months, there have been some server downtimes during work hours that have affected some critical scheduled integrations."

More Jitterbit Harmony Cons →

"We'd like zero downtime in the future.""SnapLogic doesn't provide any on-premises software, so users have only cloud-based software to use.""Connecting to data behind enterprise firewalls has been tricky.""There is room for improvement with APM management and how task execution looks.""The support is the most important improvement they could make.""SnapLogic should have some inbuilt protocol mechanism in order to speed up.""I don't think the support has better knowledge about technologies and tool support. There were lots of times when we had an issue, and it took me quite a long time to explain the problem. I feel like some of the support staff don't know their product well.""The solution isn't ideal for complex processing or logic. We use another solution for that."
