Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"Enables IT department to force very complex passwords for certain users.""I like a couple of things about this solution. Being able to share passwords with other people is valuable. You can see if the information is out on the dark web and whether you have weak passwords and the last time they were changed. You could also have the 2FA or MFA codes embedded in the application so that you don't have to use your phone or any other 2FA device, which is something very important.""It keeps my passwords organized and safe.""Keeper has strong security features.""It is very easy to install and setup.""Chrome extension and app.""Can create folders for specific types of information (i.e., work, personal, and school).""It has a double authentication factor increasing the security level."

"It's more of a risk reduction. It takes passwords that are not being managed properly and manages them automatically which really reduces risk."

Cons
"API possible needs improvement. Although, this feature is for enterprises which need more then the usual usage.""Room for improvement in my eyes would be being able to share my credit cards and other types of information. The only thing they really share is passwords, and you can only do it with one password at a time. When you're trying to share it out or trying to remove it from being shared, you can't do multiple selections.""I would like to see a way to store files and photos in the next update. If it already does this, I have yet to explore it.""I would add a category for personal documents or photos of ID cards.""Ability to store 'files' from IOS & Android devices. You can store pics from these devices currently. Most file formats can be uploaded from PC's/Macs""The organization of items needs improvement. For example, when I log onto the cloud version as well, everything is shown on my folder. It is hard to differentiate between files and documents in my list of items I have stored inside.""Possible offline access to passwords. Therefore, when internet access is unavailable, I can still access my vault.""They could possibly add a pre-designed contact feature that would work similar to a cell phone contact feature."

"They should improve the application password management. The capability to manage high availability application passwords is its biggest shortcoming."
