Quotes From Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros
"Keeper was user-friendly.""The ability to autofill the login credentials has saved me a lot of time in my day to day computing.""I like a couple of things about this solution. Being able to share passwords with other people is valuable. You can see if the information is out on the dark web and whether you have weak passwords and the last time they were changed. You could also have the 2FA or MFA codes embedded in the application so that you don't have to use your phone or any other 2FA device, which is something very important.""What I like the most is the fact that I can just mark anything and it is automatically copied into the clipboard."

"The most valuable feature for our customers and for us is the identity data warehouse.""Certifications and user provisioning features are the most valuable.""It provides a lot of out-of-the-box functionalities. You don't have to do too much custom development like other solutions such as Microsoft or NetIQ. It also has a lot of out-of-the-box connectors for different sources, directories, databases, etc. Its cloud version is working very well, and its pricing is okay. Its value for money is fine for most of the customers. It is also very flexible. They have frequent new releases and patches for fixing errors and things like that.""The community is very active and when I had questions about an issue, I was able to find the resources.""The solution is pretty stable and simple to use.""Deployment takes a bit of time, however, once it's done properly, everything becomes very organized and easy to use.""The solution is stable and reliable.""The solution is very good at the management of the identity lifecycle."

Cons
"Room for improvement in my eyes would be being able to share my credit cards and other types of information. The only thing they really share is passwords, and you can only do it with one password at a time. When you're trying to share it out or trying to remove it from being shared, you can't do multiple selections.""The organization of items needs improvement. For example, when I log onto the cloud version as well, everything is shown on my folder. It is hard to differentiate between files and documents in my list of items I have stored inside.""I would love it if you didn't have to re-authenticate when you start up a new browser."

"The UI needs to be more user friendly. More concentration on historical policy violations would be great. In terms of new features, I would like to see artificial intelligence and machine language added.""The interface should be simple and easier to use.""Compared to at least one other product some of the administrative tasks could be easier or more intuitive.""The connectors are far too manual. This needs to be automated a bit.""They can work on their strategy for the on-premise version. They have to decide whether and for how long they will support the on-premise version. The new features first appear in the cloud, and after that, they are released for the on-premise version. In the cloud, you have more options and flexibility, which is absolutely normal. They have to have a clear strategy regarding whether they'll support the on-premises version with the same focus. The licensing for on-premise and cloud is a little bit different. They can make it the same.""It is too technical. You need really good technical skills in Java and other technologies, which are hard to find. If they can make it easier so that things can be done with a few clicks, it will be great.""The solution, in general, is quite expensive.""The report functionality and dashboard of the access manager could be improved."

Pricing and Cost Advice
"We chose their optional annual subscription; I believe we paid monthly — I thought it was a good deal.""Its price is reasonable.""The pricing is available on the vendor's website."

More Keeper Pricing and Cost Advice »

"Usually, the cost of deploying about 5,000 licenses or 5,000 users, would be the equivalent to the cost of the license, which would be reaching up to around $90,000.""You do pay one price for the license but that price depends on what you choose to include as far as the optional modules go.""It is a costly solution. Its cost, for sure, should be reduced.""SailPoint is higher in price as compared to Saviynt. The initial cost of SailPoint is very high. There are additional costs to the standard licensing fees.""Its price is okay. It provides good value for money. It is subscription-based. You can go for a one-year or three-year subscription.""The price of the solution could improve, it is not priced well for smaller businesses to afford."
