We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros
"It allows you to transfer along with many other functions.""The initial setup was very easy."

"We're a Microsoft-centric organization, so we are happy with the integration between products.""I like its ease of use. It does what you need it to do, and it's a one-stop-shop for the company and for all your deployments. If you incorporate Intune into it, you can have both. You can bring your own devices and corporate devices, and everything runs out of SCCM and Intune.""The technical support is good.""The most valuable features are application deployment and task-sequenced imaging.""The initial setup is straightforward and not too complicated.""The initial setup is fairly straightforward.""It is a very good solution. It has a good interface and is easy to use. On top of that, it is very reliable in terms of distribution as well as getting the report.""We are happy with the collaboration of SCCM with Patch My PC, which allows us to do patch work."

Cons
"Our clients are having issues with printing."

More LogMeIn Central Cons »

"It should provide the ability to remotely connect to mobile devices. There are some solutions that are doing that, but with Microsoft Intune, the only way to remotely connect to devices outside the organization and mobile devices is by using TeamViewer. It is pretty strange for a big company like Microsoft to not have something for that.""There should probably be better remote support. They should also continue to improve on patch management, patching, and creating or turning products in software into deployable apps.""Based on my experience with SCCM 2016, the main, big issue is not having a good user-friendly environment. It needs much better GUI.""They should improve their anti-malware policies like the SCEP policies. For instance, you can't have different policies for different servers, there is only one policy in all the servers, and everything is covered under that. For example, say you want to scan one group of servers on Saturday, and then you want to scan another group of servers on Sunday, you can't do that. You have to scan all your servers, a regular scan or a full scan, on the same day and at the same time. That's definitely one thing they need to resolve. In the next release, it would actually be nice if they included Apple products. It will also help if you can use Intune again. Their compliance reporting feature could also be better. They can maybe work a bit on that for patching now. It would be better if SCCM came with the functions of Right Click Tools built-in. If SCCM would have all those functions already built-in, we won't have to go and spend $5,000, just as an add-in from another company to get those functions.""The analysis is something that can be integrated. Their report analysis can be improved a little bit due to the fact that most of the time complaints policies are saved by the admins. It's something that we need to look into and search for.""In spite of us being a premier customer we find the support unsatisfactory.""The operations could be faster and you need some patience with this tool.""The main room for improvement is the on-screen display. I think it would be good if some improvements were made."

Pricing and Cost Advice
"Coming from where it was free, it's getting to be expensive."

More LogMeIn Central Pricing and Cost Advice »

"Its price is okay because it is part of our licensing.""For enterprises, there is an annual license required to use this solution. The price of the solution could be cheaper. However, this is mostly because of the exchange rate from the dollar to the Nigerian currency.""When you compare this solution with other tools in the market you might actually find a lot of variation in the pricing and that's why people opt for the other tools rather than Microsoft tools.""Presently, I am using a free trial version.""The price model is different for every client.""Pricing is negotiable with Microsoft, depending upon which of their packages you choose.""We have to pay for a license."
