Pros
"We can manage the entire system across the network and troubleshoot the pain points."

"NetMon's best feature is traffic analysis.""It is a stable solution...It is a scalable solution.""It has a very strong artificial intelligence engine.""The analytics feature is the most valuable feature.""Visibility is a valuable feature, the ability to see even if the traffic is not going into the firewall""The most valuable feature is the log, which can be analyzed by our SIEM solution.""The protocols with which you see the traffic for a particular website that a client has in their environment, for example, are valuable. We can monitor whether the traffic is up to the mark or whether they need to add more bandwidth. Also, we can see if we're able to get real-time environment data as well. The customization dashboard is really good. LogRhythm NetMon has its own in-built dashboards which are helpful in guiding customization."

More LogRhythm NetMon Pros →

"The hardware of Meraki is very good quality.""We've been spending a lot less time on tickets and deployments, so we have more time to do other things.""The initial setup process is quite simple.""Everything is in a single pane and you can look at your network in one centralized place.""The most valuable features are that it's easy to use and technically very complete. I can configure, do advanced troubleshooting in the dashboard, and reboot access points remotely.""Meraki Dashboard does not require a lot of maintenance. Cisco tells communicates through the Meraki Dashboard web client, it will automatically send updates to the equipment. They will send you an email on what day the updates will take place. If you want to proceed, you can click on accept, or you can decline them and schedule the updates at another time.""I would say the ease of use is the most valuable feature. It's very easy to set up and get up and running.""The ability of the product to perform with simplicity of deployment make it a valuable solution."

Cons
"The Wi-Fi side needs improvement."

More Juniper Mist Premium Analytics Cons →

"Could use a topology diagram which would help get an exact visual.""LogRhythm NetMon's pricing model is an area of concern that should be made a little bit cheaper in comparison to the other players in the market currently.""Some of the automated tasks we can perform on QRadar cannot be performed on LogRhythm because the solution has limitations.""The training for this product is not very good and needs to be improved.""Sometimes it's hard to find the network devices' self-audit logs.""There is an issue with tunneling in relation to how the connectivity is established between the end devices and where NetMon is installed. On the console, I often observe that there's a difference of a few seconds or maybe a minute, and this lag time should not be there.""I would like to see better integration with multiple products. Integration is not something that is readily available for most of the products."

More LogRhythm NetMon Cons →

"I would like to receive decent notification alerts regarding the license's expiry. Or any help on correcting or optimizing licenses, because in certain circumstances you can add a license but it's the wrong licensing. However, the Dashboard adds the license in some way, and you do not utilize it. You can simply extend the license's expiration date.""There are some issues with the NAT configuration, it is now impossible to some operations with the solution.""They can improve the landing page in Meraki Dashboard. When I go into an organization, they can include a lot more infographics. They can also simplify it a bit and consolidate it. For example, if I've got five branches and I go into customer A's profile or organization, I'd like to see an infographic on the landing page providing a snippet of the entire network layout, that is, all branches in one snapshot. From there, I would like to go into the network that I want to work on or view.""I am concerned about the fact that once your licensing expires the devices stop working and become a brick.""The one issue that we have had is that the VPN tunnel would go down unless you worked out with the ISP that you would be using a static IP address on the WAN interface.""It would be helpful to have the ability to create a floor plan based on an existing PDF or JPEG, which is automatically converted into a usable network map.""For my purposes, I don't need to see any other features added to the Meraki Dashboard. I have no criticisms and I do like the tool. If I had a criticism for it, it would be about the pricing because it could be a little less, but again, for the service that you get, I won't complain about that too much.""Lacks an alert notification when there are IP or DNS issues."
