"The most valuable feature of ManageEngine OpManager is the management of the virtual machine and the host machine.""The product provides intensive reports.""Some of the useful features are NetFlow and analytics.""I liked Network Configuration Manager. They had some pretty decent features there, and they also had pretty good monitoring and alerts.""The uptime and monitoring are valuable to us because we need to monitor the uptime of our services, the memory, and the CPUs.""The solution is scalable.""I like being able to push configurations to multiple devices. If you have the same configurations for all the branches, it's easier to use ManageEngine OpManager and push configurations at once rather than individually pushing them to each device.""The solution's most valuable feature is its ability to reach most of our network devices and get the most from them."

"What was very compelling about OpsView was that we could dial out the noise and have meaningful and actionable alerts.""We use this solution for internal monitoring our own cloud platform because we are a public cloud provider. We also use it for monitoring purposes on behalf of our clients.""The most valuable feature of Opsview is the ability to clone the services when you're monitoring something out of the test setup.""It's a good solution. It covers all aspects of monitoring purposes.""I am satisfied with the overall product since it works well…It is a stable solution."

Cons
"The Wi-Fi side needs improvement."

More Juniper Mist Premium Analytics Cons →

"The main area for improvement for ManageEngine OpManager is its performance.""The integration with various OEM products could be simplified.""With regard to configurations, however, it would be nice to have more documentation on SNMP configurations. For example, if I want to add a new vendor, it would be great if ManageEngine provided the requirements for that vendor, such as the commands needed.""The only problem with it is that the setup isn't very intuitive. I know that they just upgraded the product to make it a little bit easier to use, but compared to some of the other platforms, it is not easy to configure it, set it up, and get it running. However, once you have set it up and got it running, it runs great.""There are certain things that are not possible to do with Op Manager. It's a solution that still needs time to develop.""ManageEngine OpManager could improve by having a better cloud presence.""The initial setup is a bit complicated. It needs a technician who is very aware of the flow and how to officially set up the flow chart, etc.""ManageEngine OpManager could improve the default dashboards that are available. We are not able to customize them easily and they do not give us the information we need unless we customize them. You need to have the technical knowledge to be able to do it, the customization should be easier."

More ManageEngine OpManager Cons →

"In a future release, we would like to have Observ for AI. Any AI and intelligence it can add to the monitoring is obviously beneficial. We would also like to have automated callouts.""Customized reporting can be improved.""Pricing and a few certain aspects in the solution needs to be improved.""Maybe the graphical representation can be improved. It can be enhanced for better visualization. It could be a little better. And the graph center can be improved.""Some of the graphics on Opsview could be improved."
