Pricing and Cost Advice
"We do annual licensing for ESA and SMA together, and possibly SmartNet support. Packaged together, the cost is just under $38,000.""In addition to the standard licensing, there is a cost for SMARTnet as well.""Pricing depends on your environment and which model you want to buy.""Licensing costs depend on how many users there are. It could range between $5 and $7 per month, per user.""The license was not per user, the license model was per feature. You could choose anti-virus, anti-spam, etc. It was feature-based and charged yearly.""There were no other costs in addition to the standard licensing fees.""We were using Proofpoint and then we switched to Cisco... reportability was one of the main reasons we switched, but the biggest one was cost. If you can get an equivalent functionality for a better price it's wise to do so. That's what our primary decision came down to: We could get equivalent functionality at a lower price point.""It is not that costly. We pay for the solution through a contractor and pay an annual fee."

Overview

Customers of all sizes face the same daunting challenge: email is simultaneously the most important business communication tool and the leading attack vector for security breaches. Cisco Email Security enables users to communicate securely and helps organizations combat Business Email Compromise (BEC), ransomware, advanced malware, phishing, spam, and data loss with a multilayered approach to security.

Preserved Email Experience
Email and webmail isolation is completely transparent to end users, giving them the native email experience and functionality they’ve always enjoyed. There are no new applications to learn and no new interactions to get used to. Everything works the same as before.

Seamless Integration
Menlo seamlessly integrates with the most common email platforms (Gmail, Exchange, Office 365) to give users quick, nimble access to their work email and personal webmail. Users get the same look, feel, and functionality they expect. Nothing seems different. That means no agents and no client for cloud or on-premise deployment.

Phishing Awareness Training
Even though the Menlo Security Isolation Platform takes end users out of the equation by isolating all traffic, Menlo allows you to reinforce phishing awareness training by providing custom time-of-click warning messages.

ZixEncrypt removes the hassle of encrypted email and gives you peace of mind that your sensitive data is secure in email. Using proven policy filters, your emails and attachments are scanned automatically. If emails contain sensitive information, they can be encrypted or quarantined. With encryption, secure email is delivered to your recipients in the easiest method possible, including our unrivaled transparent delivery. If the messages are quarantined, there's a second chance to review, ensuring the right messages are going to the right people.
