It's easy to understand for the customer.""The management is cloud-based so you do not have to be on-premises to work with it.""The initial setup is straightforward. You only need two people for deployment and maintenance.""The solution has been very stable so far.""The product provides a single-pane-of-glass in for management of wireless, security, and switching from multiple devices."

"The most valuable feature is that you can do anything on all platforms.""The radius and wireless features are the most valuable aspects of the solution.""The cost and versatility are the solution's most valuable features. You can do anything with them if you know how to. Cons
"The pricing needs to be more competitive with other products on the market.""This product depends on a cloud connection in order to function. If you have an unstable internet connection or other connectivity issues the product will not function as expected.""This solution is too simple for some cases, and there should be more configuration options.""Sometimes there's a problem with the pricing model they use. They should work to fix this.""There is not much training available for this solution.""The solution could be simplified a bit.""It could be easier to use and easier to implement.""Communication of compliance risk is awkward at best and threatening at worst. It needs to be addressed."

"Wireless throughput has not kept up with the competition.""The queuing functionality needs improvement. The initial setup could be simplified.""They could improve their product if they set, for instance, a controller for wireless LAN. That would allow them to really have something more than an access point.""The user interface allows you to do a lot of things, but it is not user-friendly.""In the Israeli market, we are in need of Hebrew support.""I would like to see a cluster feature added, where multiple devices can be configured and managed as one. One is in a standby state while the other is active, and if one fails then the other takes over.""The biggest thing that needs improvement is the support.""The solution's website isn't that good. When I go to it, I can't find what I'm looking for. However, if I go to a third party's website, I can easily find the information."

Pricing and Cost Advice
"This product is more than the competition, but you get what you pay for.""With the solution that we currently have, I think it costs about 1,200 pounds a year. They bill on a yearly basis.""This is not a cheap solution.""The DNA subscription is a three-year minimum term.""The pricing is high and it is where we get the most pushback from customers.""We paid for our switches outright, at a cost of between $15,000 USD and $18,000 USD.""Its price is definitely competitive.""Meraki is a little bit expensive, but when you compare the pricing with others, Meraki is a good option."

"This product is a one-time purchase.""In our last project, we used two hundred units and the price was approximately 500 Shekels ($140 USD).""There is no licensing fee in addition to the hardware, but we do pay an annual fee for support.""This product is cheaper than competing products by other vendors.""There are not any external or hidden costs.""The price-performance is great.""MikroTik is very cost-effective and quite good for the price. It performs very well. For one of our customers, the existing setup comprises Cisco Catalyst switches, and it is about 10 to 15 years old. We're looking into upgrading in a cost-effective way to get the performance and yet still be at par with the quality and expectations that customers have from Cisco. Price-wise, Cisco is really expensive, and customers are expecting something different than Cisco so that they can save on IT costs. They don't have the same budget that they had before when they installed Cisco products. That's why they're looking for a solution that can provide performance and features without too much money or investment. We're looking at some alternative brands, such as NETGEAR and MikroTik, to support our proposal.""The main reason we use this solution is for the price — it's very cheap."
