Pros
"The most valuable feature is its ability to integrate with everything.""The most valuable features of the solution are its grouping scripts and event focus.""It has greatly reduced the number and duration of outages as support teams are notified immediately when something goes wrong or even before something breaks.""Flexible dashboard with the availability of widgets.""It has the capability to display overall health of the infrastructure and is very useful for executive reports on the health of the infrastructure.""I've found the solution to be very scalable.""Purely, its flexibility is the most valuable aspect. It is hugely configurable.""The event correlation is the most valuable aspect of the solution."

"The breadth of the data sources that Splunk can ingest data from is broad and deep and it does an exemplary job at handling structured data.""Our clients use the solution to find any threats or vulnerabilities inside their environment.""Capability to expand the functionality through custom code for data inputs, commands, visualization, alerts, and machine learning.""Correlating data across different systems via one interface will allow you to know your environment or identify incident data in ways you never imagined.""The connections to the database are very good and updating the data files is simple to do. Cons
"I'm not aware of areas that need improvement.""The price is quite expensive, and because of this, we may try another solution.""The service takes a very long time to start and it requires a lot of resources.""The setup process can get a little bit complex.""The pricing could be improved.""The pricing is a bit expensive for smaller companies.""The initial setup of this tool is complex for people who lack experience with it.""The initial setup is a little bit complex."

More OpenText Operations Bridge Cons →

"The UI can be difficult to understand for non-technical people.""The Enterprise Security app could be improved. We have had trouble with it working from the first day.""The training was mostly sales-focused, like how to monitor your sales. It was hard to then come back from doing the training and try to switch it to a cybersecurity focus because all the training we did was sales oriented. The basic training didn't really touch on any kind of cybersecurity use cases or anything like that. That would have been great to see in the training.""Its setup is a little bit complex for a distributed environment. Their support can also be better. If we miss the response for more than a week, they usually close the case. Sometimes, it can take us more than a week to reply.""My biggest struggle with Splunk in general is memorizing all the commands. If I want to know which users have logged in between certain hours, I cannot write that query out. It would be helpful to have AI so that I can explain in simple terms what I want and then the search gives that back to me. I am waiting for that.""Previously, they developed custom connectors or add-ons for a lot of applications. But that number can be upgraded still. There are a lot of applications in the world that are not supported.""Custom visualizations are real hard. While the default visualizations are good, creating enhanced visualizations are complex.""The GUI can be improved to include some of the capabilities that other BI solutions have."
