Pros
It has file storage, file sharing, a provisioning box, and a SharePoint profile for each user. The most valuable feature for us is Microsoft Teams. You can have conference calls with different parties using video and voice. The flexibility of having a subscription for the Office software, rather than having any upfront costs is the best part of this solution. The Power BI environment and the integration between Power BI and SQL are the solution's most valuable features. The integration between products is great. The most valuable feature is Microsoft Teams. What was most valuable for me was how simple this solution is to start using. This is a unified business package that helps people be productive in working environments.

The most valuable feature is the integration with OneDrive, which has allowed us, a small business, easy access to a cloud environment, with no need to back up the data from five different computers. Many of the features in Office 365 are good, but I think Excel is a very good tool. It's very stable. The functionality that is most valuable is the solution's ability to detect patient data in email attachments. Whenever a user sends out an email with patient data embedded in an attachment, it triggers an alert. The tool can detect a social security number and various other forms of patient identity. Emails are then automatically generated and sent. Most of the work that seems not to work offline works perfectly with Microsoft Office 2013, like converting a Word document to a PDF file. The cloud service and Skype are the most valuable features. It is very easy to deploy.Cloud-based management is valuable and software deployment is positive.

Cons
Updates to the SQL server with better features are needed to compete with Oracle Database. The pricing for this solution could be improved. The security sites need to be simplified and the technical support needs improvement. There are various things that you need to use PowerShell to do. That would be good. You could do them through the management portal, rather than through PowerShell. That's the biggest improvement I would like to see.The solution's licensing framework needs improvement. There are loads of holes in security and I'd like to see better integration with security products. The admin panels have too few samples.Flow and Form components can be improved individually, but it would be nice to see the product take the next step and operate as a unit rather than separate modules.

Integration between Outlook calendar and Google Calendar would be a good improvement since many of our team use Android phones and personal Gmail accounts as their main calendar application.Using Visual Basic, I have had a lot of trouble with relative paths when programming for Excel, and sometimes it is very difficult to debug programs. There are several additional features we would like to see, such as advanced features of SAN protection in Office 365. The main thing is the SAN protection; we would like to see a lot of advanced features added because we had a lot of spam attacks.Improvements can be made to the products generic offering. It's not customized for health care. It doesn't understand the meaning of health care related concepts. Providing a greater degree of industry specificity would make the tool much more unique and valuable. The feature to convert PDF file to a Word document needs improvement as well as the feature to save the file automatically when typing, without using the save command.Using Office 365 is not that flexible on some mobile devices, like Android.Their support is so terrible and unusable except during dire emergencies. There are some complexities to the initial setup if you use some of the more advanced features.

Pricing and Cost Advice
Compared to buying a license, it is much cheaper and a good buy.Now you can select different licenses, for example, if somebody doesn't need all of the features, it would cost $8 USD per month and if they didn't need the email application then it would cost $6 USD per month.Depending on which plan you purchase, there are a plethora of applications available to you.
