We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros
"It's easy to learn.""The tool is very good at implementing automation within processes. It's saved us from doing a lot of manual processes.""The most valuable feature is the ability and ease of linking multiple connectors within the same flow.""Power Automate is intuitive and easy to use.""It's an intuitive product. It's not overly technical.""I like the scalability option and the simplicity, the way we can really use the interface to easily scale up.""Its integration with the Office 365 ecosystem is most valuable. We use a lot of ready-to-use templates.""The best part is the automated workflow, which is quite good and easy. It is just drag-and-drop. We are able to create workflows quite quickly. We are able to directly integrate the data that it generates with Power BI dashboards. Its integration is quite good with other Microsoft tools, such as Power BI. The visualization of the data has become helpful for us."

"I find WinAutomation's linear approach to the code and function calling valuable.""The best feature is that it doesn't require any other connectivity.""The most valuable feature is that you can run multiple automations at the same time, in parallel.""The pricing of the solution is competitive, which is good for the Romanian market.""The most valuable feature is the ability to integrate across multiple systems.""The technical support is good.""This product has an easy-to-use interface with nice detail in the features.""The solution is very easy to use. It's a code three platform that works very easily with documents to create custom automations."

Cons
"Not suitable for connecting other applications like browsers and third party applications.""The solution is not actually satisfying the complex programs that we want to execute.""The issue lies more in how you learn the solution. The information is very generalized. It could be extremely useful to have more specific information about how to use various features within the platform.""I've had some issues with the stability.""Sometimes, Microsoft changes the game rules, and the free tools are no longer free, which makes it too hard to explain to customers. It is a SaaS service, so the cost is calculated based on the execution hours. However, we don't know the background of this cost because we cannot touch the infrastructure. They can be more open to developers or customers about this. The infrastructure part must be open for the customers.""I've had issues with reordering columns. When I tried to do it, it seemed to take a long time, and then, later, it gave me some kind of error.""I need to have more integration capabilities from this solution.""Looping can be a bit tricky."

"The stability of the product is not very good and can even fail with simple projects.""The OCR functionality needs to be improved.""One of the challenges is dealing with OCR text recognition.""The solution could offer more specific training. There should be more examples of what the functions can do and more instructions and explanations to the process.""It should work better for Angular websites, as it has a lot of problems.""There is a limitation in setting up loops, where it does not support multiple conditions.""The solution could use some more advanced AI tools. It's one of the solution's only weaknesses.""WinAutomation is scalable to a certain extent. I would rate it seven for the scalability, which could be better. Softomotive is better scalable than WinAutomation in this regard."

Pricing and Cost Advice
"Power Automate is a much less expensive product than the competition.""We are just using the free products at the moment. We are using the ones that come with the license that we have got.""It depends and varies a lot according to the licensing terms. There is no cost to maintain if we have less than 10 forms. Microsoft only charges if there are more than 10 forms. So, most of the companies can survive without paying anything extra. It is included in the Office 365 licensing.""It is free for us. It is embedded directly in the Office package.""I don't deal with the financial side. I know that we pay for a per-user license. It is probably less than $20 a user, but I am not sure about the exact figures.""The price is right. If you have Office 365 It's included.""The licensing cost for us at this time is between $8 and $20 per user, per month.""There are many different ways to license it."
